To be honest, our ride was canceled due to flooding. I give the company a 5 because they were easy to book with and they answered all my questions. All of the islands have been affected by this massive downpour occuring. Due to circumstatnces, I do not hold anything against them. We were able to get a taxi service to the cruise port. Best of luck to the company and everyone on the various islands.

There was no on to meet us at baggage claim as planned. After calling the company a person arrived and assisted us to the van. The service following to the hotel was good

I would not book with this company again. When we arrived, there was no shuttle bus to take us to our hotel. We were told we would have to wait 30 to 40 minutes. We made several calls to the office dispatcher and it took over an hour for the company to send someone to take us to our hotel. We complained to the company that we could take another shuttle or a taxi, but we were told that we would not be refunded any money because eventually they would have a shuttle available. After a 10 hour plane flight, this was unacceptable.

I booked a shuttle online with VIP Trans which was an easy process. The day we arrived we had to pick up bags/carseats and were traveling with a group of 19. Half of our group was in our rental car and the other half on this shuttle. We could not find the area we needed to be picked up at amd asked multiple staff members with conflicting information. When I called VIP Trans for assistance the woman I spoke with was kind of rude and informed me that my reservation was marked as a no show and "someone called to let us know." I never received any phone calls from them. I explained our situation and she started interrogating me asked where we were, what have we been doing, why we didnt show up. That part was annoying and unprofessional. They did thankfully dispatch another shuttle to come get us and bring us to where we needed to go. The driver was very nice and friendly and made up for the less than great customer service I recieved on the phone. We tipped him well. Overall experience was ok, but if you happen to hit any snags in your travel, you might get a somewhat rude lady on the phone to help you.

It was particularly hard to locate the meeting point. After several calls to the dispatcher (whose phone was not so easy to find) we finally got the license plate of the pickup bus and the approximate boarding location. The whole experience took more than an hour before we finally boarded. The trip itself was absolutely fine.

The dispatcher was very pleasant… The drive was unbelievably rude, unpleasant and unhelpful. The lei listed services I didn’t receive. The driver took me to two incorrect hotels after I politely tried giving him the address (yes, I GPS everything). Then yelled at me for not telling him he was going to the wrong place, all the while there’s two other riders in the VIP Shuttle Van who whispered to me they had been dealing with his foolishness since they got picked up.

No ride there. Told by VIP representative to take a taxi if I wanted to get to my Hotel. Told her my reservation number and that it was already paid for and again advised to take a taxi. They found a ride but got called several times to stop and pick up more passengers. Ended up getting 9 more passengers and there luggage was piled up on mine. By the time it took to pick up the other people ended up in rush hour traffic. Was the next to the last person to be dropped off. Found out that I was charged twice for ride to my hotel. After traveling all day to get to airport this was a very unpleasant experience. Not likely to make this mistake again.
