⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Smooth and Stress-Free Arrival!
I booked the airport shuttle for my arrival transfer and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The fan was easily identifiable which made finding them after a long flight incredibly easy. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned—perfect for relaxing after the journey.
The ride to my hotel was smooth, and the driver was friendly without being overly chatty, which I appreciated. They even offered a few local tips along the way, which was a nice touch. I felt safe, welcomed, and well taken care of from the moment I landed.
Highly recommend this service for anyone looking to avoid the hassle of taxis or figuring out public transport after a flight. It’s a great way to start your trip on the right foot!

Young man at airport was very nice. Unclear instructions when booking on where to find them, however. The driver was awful. The van was hot and he would not answer anybody that asked about air conditioning. Drove around the airport with a pretty full van for at least two hours I think looking for someone else he never explained it. He never said anything while this was going on what a delay was. It took over 3. 1/2 hours to get to our hotel, the driver was a downer only talked about everything he hated about Hawaii.. talked about a monorail for a good hour. How crooked everybody is how much oil cost etc. meanwhile, you could hear multiple people on the bus complaining about it and how hot it was. I would never use this company again.
Pickup location was unclear. When we tap open in maps the location was incorrect. It was between 30 and 40 minutes before the VIP van pulled up and there was not enough seats for everyone waiting. The staff appeared to be confused on who was on what list. Shortly after a smaller van arrived and the transfer was ok.
Immediately found us when we got off the plane but then we had to wait over an hour for the shuttle to arrive. Paul was great and apologetic. The price was great.
If I could this experience a -10/10 I would. The man Bob, who was our driver was angry the whole time, was yelling from the moment he got off the phone: it was unclear if there was a another couple that was suppose to get picked up and he just left. This seems consistent with the other reviews about the company but what really bothered me was how he was hating on women. From the time he hung up the phone he was calling all women “f*cking slave drivers” and “slave workers”. There were two other men on the shuttle, and he was trying to get them to agree with him of how horrible woman are. My husband was physically uncomfortable. It brought me to tears. This was out first experience in Hawaii. We were so upset with this experience that it had almost ruined our trip. We put it past us. Fast forward to today the day after we got home I called the company to make a complaint and hoping to get my money back. And the lady I was talking to asked way it took 10 days to make a complaint and because I just got home and didn’t want to ruin the trip more. She basically didn’t care. Didn’t care about the horrible things the at were said. Very disappointed with the disrespect from the company, the lack of remorse or responsibility. And not even an apology. Stay away from this company. It clearly has many flaws. Book a Lyft or Uber. It was cheaper and better experience to get to Waikiki and you don’t have to make multiple stops
We were not met after going through baggage as directed. Had to get help from Airport security to get in touch Viato VIP and ask where is our ride. 3/4 of an hour later they arrived at a different shuttle area. Showed driver where to drop us off and he dropped us at a different location. We walked for an hour with all our luggage in and out of hotels til we finally got to ours. We are a couple in our late 70s and exhausted after this experience
Our driver had great communication with us and was very punctual. When he arrived, he helped us load all of our belongings in the van. Great experience.
It was not good, had no idea where to wait and that we needed to contact dispatch. Need more information on what to do when you land
Hard to find the meeting point, there are signs for arranged travel however there are no signs at the place where you need to stand and wait. Was stressful finding the shuttle.
No clear instructions on how to get to meeting point. Two buses took airline crew bf us so we waited a long time for the ride. The greeter at airport extremely polite but not the bus driver. We were dropped off in front of hotel.

When I got to baggage claim, I got a call from them. They were on time, professional, friendly and quite willing to tell you about the island they call home.
A representative called me while I was still on the plane. He left me information a voice mail re pick up.
It took too long to come and pick us up at the airport. It took about 50 minutes from the time we called them to pick us up to the time they arrived. Driver was polite.
The driver was friendly and drove very safely. We appreciated that he waited when our flight was a We appreciated that he waited when our flight was an hour late. The only problem was we didn’t know where to meet so we were at the wrong end of the long walkway.
The shuttle ran little late. Service was ok. If you’re trying to avoid taking the bus, then this is a good option.
Mouse gave us a small insight of the Hawaiian culture. We were the last ones off so we got a small tour of the area.
Complete lack of communication. I attempted to text via the prescribed app to no avail. Called the number and was told somebody would be there shortly. However, after 30 minutes, I chose to take an Uber to the hotel. I will be charging this back on my American Express.
He was on time, friendly and fast. He got us to our destination the closest he could. We will be using them again to travel back!

We passed through Border Control, then collected our luggage. Once outside we were met and taken to the pickup area. We didn’t have to wait long for the vehicle to take us to our hotel. A worry free experience particularly after a long flight

I had to find and call the number of the company to ask where to meet
She directed us through the airport to exit to a back area to wait
I had to call a second time to confirm we were where she told us to go to catch our shuttle. We waited nearly 40 minutes and then a gentleman in this area asked what shuttle we were waiting for. I explained it was the VIP shuttle. He contacted them and said we were waiting and told them where we were waiting. He then told us our shuttle was at the front of the airport, but would come around to get us shortly
By the time we got on our shuttle, we had waited well over an hour

This service was wonderful. As soon as our plane landed, I received a phone call from our welcome person. He told us where to meet him by the luggage carousel in the lower level. He was the nicest young man, we spoke about life in Oahu and he was so pleasant to deal with. We were put on a very nice van along with other people and shuttled to our hotel. We could not have asked for better service.
