John was very informative. Learned and saw a lot in 3 hrs despite traffic. Just wish windows weren’t tinted. Made it s bit harder to see in the evening. But overall GREAT!

This tour was disappointing. I had done something similar a few years ago so I had an idea of what it should be and was excited to share the experience with my husband and friend.
This basically ended up being a "drive by" of most monuments. If we did stop, you had 10 minutes. We heard a lot about the trees blocking the view because that's 80%of what we got - views from inside the bus (windows weren't even clean). Driver didn't even leave the bus when we did stop.
A dangerous drive. An "exchange" between the driver and park patrol due to the drivers reckless driving. The driver loves the horn! What a way to take the joy and excitement out of the tour.
The driver was also very unfriendly! My husband loves everyone. Not this driver. He was very rude, ignored questions from the passengers, and just plain unpleasant.
The ticket said water included. Nope. The driver rudely said there was no water and that we were misled by "a third party" vendor. He told one passenger to go ask for water from another unrelated bus. He told another one to go to the water fountain.
I could go on but I won't.
I would never recommend this company and I would reconsider having this trip on your site.

I was really excited about this tour to explore all the iconic monuments in DC. However, upon boarding the bus, I was disappointed to find out that there was no water available despite it being mentioned on my ticket. The driver's unfriendly demeanor didn't help either. When I inquired about the water, he dismissively directed me to another bus. It was disheartening to receive such a response, especially considering the price of the ticket.
Throughout the tour, the driver continued to disappoint. He ignored questions, drove recklessly, and even attracted attention from a police officer for his behavior. The lack of safety measures and the uncomfortably hot conditions inside the bus made the experience even worse. His rudeness towards passengers was the final straw for me, and I seriously considered leaving the tour halfway through.
Overall, I cannot recommend this tour to anyone. The unprofessionalism and disregard for passenger comfort exhibited by the driver made it a disappointing and potentially unsafe experience.

We booked the tour through Viator but the guide had no record of my husband and I so we had to send over a copy of our tickets to someone on the phone which was not a great way to start. Enjoyed seeing the sights at night. We got very close to the White House which was really cool. The city is quite beautiful at night. Our guide could have been better, I always prefer tours where the guide is not just pointing out sights but telling some history and stories to engage you. Our guide was focused on making sure we knew were we were around the city providing street names and directions, also helpful but not my preference. The other thing that was annoying was that he kept telling us we were behind schedule. I am not sure how that happened as it was a 730pm tour and there were no tickets to get into sites.

The tour guide Bobby and his amazing sense of humor is the most memorable part of my trip. He educated us in a very entertaining way. I also almost got lost the group but everyone looked for me and I continued the tour with them.

Excellent tour! The guide was very informative and very accommodating. It was nice to have the choice of getting off
or staying in the bus.

Didn't get to go but still charged terrible guests service when reason why was a sudden medical reason they choose not to accommodate me but did another group

Bobby knows his history, but his comments regarding subjects that should not be discussed including abortion are inappropriate and could be a law suit waiting to happen. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked at maybe we could have avoided being with Bobby!

Comfy mini bus, taking pictures at capital hill and White House and warm welcoming driver / guide
Best treatment at Hyatt hotel 👍🏻👍🏻

I understand the our country is divided over politics, but as tour company who serves anyone, political opinions should be kept to themselves. I did not appreciate that our guide made a joke in front of our elementary age kids involving abortion even after expressing our disapproval before his punchline. We were there to learn/teach American history, but what we got was unsolicited opinions that we did not share.

Bobby was delightful. His knowledge of the history of the area was awesome. He knew just how much time to allow for each sight to get the best experience for the whole trip. His sense of humor made the trips wonderful experience.

We totally enjoyed this Washington, DC Express Sightseeing tour yesterday. Out tour guide promised the three E's Entertainment. Enjoyment and Enlightenment and he provided all three of those for me and my daughter. We were in town for a business trip and only had a few hours free time. This trip fit that time line perfectly. My family has never been disappointed in a Viator tour.

We arrived on Sat. Morning and only had the afternoon to see Washington DC! Our tour guide made that happen! He was very knowledgable and made the whole experience fun. He gave us a fun, tailored to what we wanted to see experience. Thanks for starting our trip off with style!

Jamie, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable. It was only two of us on the tour which allowed much flexibility and fine-tuning what locations were of special interest to us.

Our tour guide, Robert, was amazingly wonderful! We saw so very much and gained a lot of our knowledge to begin the tour of D.C. from him!! He went above and beyond to make it a great experience and we enjoyed all of it. Thanks Robert! (Keep him-he deserves a raise)

The tour Guide was very knowledge and personable. Due to a snow day for many of the government workers, we were able to move about the city easily and was able to take in many sights.

It was refreshing to go on tour of another part of the DC area. Thank you

Definitely the best thing I did in Washington. My tour guide was brilliant. I was the only person on this tour which made it amazing. You see all the important monuments and have as much time as you need to take everything in. I would highly recommend this tour. It covers all the bases.

When I got there I just found out I was the only person who signed up for Friday afternoon tour. Even so the guide still did his job professionally and treated me like a queen lol. The trip was fun and I had a great time.

After 4 phone calls and waiting one hour to be picked up at the Hyatt Regency on June 3, we finally got started. The driver, Bobby, was knowledgeable but never failed to insert his political view and even bragged about being a Democrat based on John F. Kennedy's run for office when he (Bobby) was 6 years old. We did not appreciate his off-color remarks and double entendres in front of our 10-year old grandson. We were offered no bottled water as mentioned in your promotional material. The delay in starting our tour resulted in a shortened visit to The Spy Museum. I would suggest an improved communication system in your company - I even called 24 hours in advance to confirm our reservation and pick-up point. Overall - a huge disappointment and not worth the money.
