- Tours begin on time, your tour check-in time is important. You must check-in 15 minutes prior to tour departure time. We can not guarantee we can accommodate late customers.

- Please note that due to security at our location, we are unable to hold luggage while you are on tour.
- Trailers and tag-a-longs cannot be attached to eBikes for safety

I was in town the day before the big parade and lots of roads were blocked off. Mark did an excellent job of navigating the unexpected closures. He had great knowledge of history and met the challenge of corralling our large group. My ebike looked brand new and was very easy to ride. It was a great way to see the monuments on a hot day! And so much better having a knowledgeable and personable guide to give perspective.

They take your money readily enough, but after that, customers are left to fend for themeselves.
The bike tour I booked was canceled by Unlimited Bikes but, despite asking multiple times of both Unlimited Bikes (via phone) and Viator (via email) for confirmation of the cancelation and a refund, neither have bethemselves.
I will not be engaging with either of them again.

Had a wonderful time being shown around everything in DC by mark, even during the government shutdown we still got to learn so much about all the monuments. The only advice I have is to rent a standard bike and not an ebike my ebike was crazy fast and I flew far ahead of the crowd without needing to.

Noah, our tour guide, was fabulous! So much great knowledge of each monument and soooo many great recommendations for other must see stops and restaurants in DC and surrounding stops! Clearly he is a local that loves his community! So happy he was our guide at the beginning of our trip!
The bikes need a little work for squeaky breaks and better kick stands to help with the overall experience.

Our e-bike tour guide, Greg H. was very knowledgeable about the DC area & monuments. Although the tour is 3 hours, you will only spend about 10 minutes at each monument. It is a great tour if you want a general overview of the most popular monuments. The bikes we used had a lot of wear, uncomfortable, with some parts not operable. Be sure to bring your own hydration as this is not provided. Would recommend if you are just interested in an overview but would consider another tour if you want more in depth knowledge or more time to spend at specific monuments.

It's a fun way to see multiple sites in D.C. Even on a hot day, you can cool off riding the bikes. This was my 2nd time and enjoyed

They should do it. JOE our guide was very knowledgeable about the monuments and we learned quite a bit. His patient attitude was apparent as he answered all and any questions we asked. Had an absolute awesome time 3 hours well spent. 👌 💯

We lucked in with fabulous weather in DC, so it was the perfect way to see the mall & more. The e-bikes allowed us to cover alot ground without too much hassle to see the key sites. If you can ride a bike then I thoroughly recommend taking this tour if in DC

Our guide, Jose, was informative and helpful. My bike was not working properly, and Jose fixed it quickly. The bikes were new and sturdy. This trip is a great way to get to know the "lay of the land. We visited all the big memorials and got some interesting history. The time allotted at each was adequate. The route was well planned, making navigation easier.

Alexa was amazing!!!! So knowledgeable and very patient.
Only negative was they gave us regular bikes to begin with instead of E-bikes. They didn’t pay attention to detail and made the entire group wait for us because we had to exchange them. We felt bad but at no fault of our own.
When you check in Verify that you are getting an E-Bike prior to your trip.
Tour says they give you a free water bottle but to no avail so bring your own small one that fits in a small water bottle holder.
There is a small pouch that you can put your phone and keys. It’s about the size of a small Fanny pack.

Overall great tour. Nice opportunity to see all of the monuments without all the walking. Guide was knowledgeable. Only had 7 minutes at each location so if you are a slow walker/wonderer/ponderer at the monuments, may feel rushed. Only downside was we booked an e-bike tour thinking everyone would be on an e-bike but everyone else was on a regular bike so e-bike riders had to do a lot of breaking as we were going too fast without any effort. Unless you really can’t pedal a bike, extra money for e-bike is not worth it.

This was a really fun easy activity. I have mobility issues due to RA. And being able to ride the electric bicycle made seeing all the monuments a very enjoyable three hours.
I highly recommend this activity for anyone visiting DC, and wanted to see all the memorial monuments.

What a fantastic trip with Shane, we had six in our group plus another family of three for a total of nine bikes. We had a terrific time, every time we stopped Shane knew all the details, his explanation of each monument was exactly what we all were looking for. His can-do attitude, his knowledge of the city, his passion for history and his friendly nature all made the trip around the monuments the best. I can't imagine sitting in a car or bus and having the same experience we had.
