- Tours begin on time, your tour check-in time is important. You must check-in 15 minutes prior to tour departure time. We can not guarantee we can accommodate late customers. Please OPEN your voucher and read directions, you may need extra time to find us if you are traveling during rush hour or on metro train on a weekend.
- Tours may be canceled if the weather makes for dangerous riding conditions
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Trailer carriages and trailer tandems are available for children not old enough or comfortable on their own bike.
- To ride in a trailer carriage, the child needs to be able to hold up their head up and wear a helmet.
- Near public transportation
- Please note that due to security at our location, we are unable to hold luggage while you are on tour.
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems

Great tour to get a look at the major parts of DC. We are here during the government shut down so many of our tours are cancelled. Greg gave us great historical tidbits along the way. We did the e-bike option and I highly recommend doing that as I think we got to see more as the faster path has uphill parts that you probably wouldn’t do on a regular bike. Overall so glad we did it and would do it again! Thanks Greg!

Due to a flight delay, we were unable to attend. As soon as we landed, we directly contacted the tour operator and received no reply. It has now been over 24 hours and still no reply.

The check in and check out process was lack luster. Directions on how to check in and out was as if no cares were given. Reps on their phones and just sort of barking at you what to do. It did not feel like we were appreciated clients. We didn't have to be— we could have used other bike/scooter options and self guided around the sites. Our guide Wally was GRAND! Kind and helpful and enjoyable!! The bike business itself could have cared less about us as customers.

David was a great guide. My bike kept changing to a lower gear. Then the chain came off. When I returned bike there appeared to be no attempt to fix the problem. Won’t be doing this again.

Our tour guide Greg H was phenomenal and knowledgeable! I was with my son who had just turned 10, Greg was welcoming and patient and didn’t mind being a human google for 2 hours. He had my son engaged and interested. This was the highlight of our trip to DC, we had a blast! I would definitely do this again, next time I will book further in advance to see all the monuments that this tour missed.

Off the 2 hour tour 45 mins we waited for late comers .. toured for 30 and then were told to return to the end point on our own !

I had James as my tour guide and he was really enthusiastic and engaging.
Perfect amount of history was delivered and this tour was value for money.
My favorite part was definitely capital hill, especially biking down it afterwards!
Overall it was a really fun experience.

I want to make this perfectly clear. Arranging the bike tour through viator was a nightmare. Their site for Unlimited Biking was deceiving. When I called to change the date to one day later because of an unknown conflict the would do nothing but state over and over what I already new that there were no refund for any cancellations or changes. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. I then went directly to the Unlimited Biking site and had a WONDERFUL experience. They had an excellent cancellation policy and were exceptionally kind and gracious. We took the bike tour and had a FANTASTIC time. I will never book anything through Viator ever again - BUT if you are going to Washington DC - take the bike tour with Unlimited Biking - I HIGHLY recommend it. This is from a 70 year old grandmother and her 12 year old grandson.

The most memorable thing we did in DC. Definitely worth the time and $$ to see the sites this way. Perfect way for our 7, 10, and 14 year old to learn a little about several sites without overwhelming or boring them and while keeping us all active. I’m sure it also helped that we had an amazing guide and amazing weather for it too.

There were many bike options that were suitable for my kids. We opted for one riding solo and one on a tandem bike with me which was fantastic! Biking D.C. is the way to go! Greg - the tour guide - was so knowledgeable and shared so many insights and experiences from his life in D.C. He brought us to sites on the tour that I hadn't heard of yet! We saw so many things! Every question my son has about statues all over town he was happy to answer. We loved the tour so much and would highly recommend! Thank you!

This bike tour was an awesome experience! Greg our guide was kind, knowledgeable and careful. The tour was a great way to see some of the sights and learn some history. This was a tour that worked for both my husband I as well as our 3 kids age 10-12. I would highly recommend this trip to others. The only disappointment was that we didn’t do the 3 hour trip.

Fraudulent company, full of liars and fraudsters - look elsewhere. Communication was poor and advertisements are misleading. Save yourself some money and book direct with a local business.
