Photographer Never Showed up!

If I could, I would rate it no stars because the photographer never showed up or responded for our time slot and meeting place. After numerous requests with Viator they still failed to meet us and give us the experience we were looking for. Not only did it waste our time getting ready but we also wasted money to uber to the location just so they wouldn’t show up. Extremely disappointed and frustrated having to wait 72 hours before they can process a refund
