Fun and smooth trip. Pre trip communication was great. They allowed us to select some wineries and helped to plan a well laid out trip. Our driver Lonnie was excellent... courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and fun. We would definitely choose this company again!

Avoid This Company – Unprofessional and Misleading

Hector_b, Jul 2025
Please stay away from this company. Our experience was incredibly disappointing and felt like a complete scam. Despite booking a wine tour for four people, we were picked up in a cramped Jeep—not the comfortable vehicle one would expect for a two-hour drive to Napa. It made for a very uncomfortable journey. We had already prepaid for visits to high-end wineries and made non-refundable lunch reservations, so canceling wasn't an option. After our credit card was charged, all communication ceased. Attempts to contact the company were futile—calls went unanswered, and the only person we ever reached was a random individual answering a personal cell phone, not a professional representative. There are many reputable wine tour companies out there. Don't fall for this one. It was unprofessional, poorly managed, and left us feeling taken advantage of.

We’d like to take a moment to clarify and be transparent. We were in contact with you both during the customization of your tour and on the day of service. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected mechanical issue, we were unable to provide the originally assigned vehicle. In response, we arranged for the nearest available option in the same category—a late-model Jeep—to ensure your day in wine country could still go forward smoothly. We extended our sincere apologies both over the phone and via email, and issued a significant discount as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, we waived charges for the extra 2+ hours you went over your scheduled time, processing only the standard driver’s gratuity. Therefore, you received over $400 in concessions. We regret to hear that, despite these efforts, you remain dissatisfied. We genuinely aim to deliver memorable and enjoyable experiences, and we’re sorry we fell short of your expectations in this instance.

Best tour!

Our driver Alex made our trip very enjoyable. He communicated very well with us on our drop offs and pick ups, always offered to take our photo and showed us scenic sites. He was very kind and professional.

A fabulous day !!

The ride up with Kyle was informative and fun. He made a few stops on the way up to Sonoma which made the trip that much more enjoyable. Our driver was great. The wineries we chose were Silver Oak - the setting and wine hosts were top notch. Next we chose Truett . A bit more relaxed vibe with the beautiful gardens and animals. It was relaxing and very enjoyable. We had a Wonderful lunch in Healdsburg which topped the day off. We were satisfied with 2 winery tours as we didn’t feel rushed to try to get to the next one. It def made The afternoon one we all could truly enjoy Esp soaking up the beautiful landscape

A day in Healdsburg

The tour itself was a blast - our guide was incredibly personable and knowledgeable about the area. After getting to know our group he changed plans a bit to take us to wineries that fit our personalities and what we were hoping to get out of the day. He made sure we got to see as much as we wanted and also let us sit around and enjoy the beautiful day - it never felt like we were being rushed between places. BUT the viator post and what we got as a package from the provider was very disconnected. The tastings are NOT complimentary, as the post leads you to believe. We were able to get matched with wineries with lower cost tastings, but the day ended up being more than we anticipated. Additionally, the post talks about the wine you get for the ride (1-2 bottles depending on the car selection), we also never received this. Finally, the tour company was unreachable on the office line - I tried calling & leaving messages a few times and never got a call back. It wasn't until I reached out via email that I was able to get a response. I would recommend this tour for anyone who's willing to spend more money on transportation only, knowing all tasting fees are extra & has sufficient time to go back and forth via email to organize the desired itinerary.

Jennifer, I appreciate your review pertaining to Kyle. Unfortunately, there are a couple things VERY wrong with this review (false/tainted). Here's what we know: 1. According to Viator, you attempted to get a partial refund claiming that our tour company took you to Wine Country on a different day (weekday) and not the date that you had booked (Saturday), which is absolutely ridiculous. Once this refund was denied, you immediately wrote this false review. It became clear that there are other personal motives, at work here.... 2. Kyle did deliver the gift wine to your group at the beginning of the tour during the scenic Golden Gate Bridge photo on the water just North of the bridge. 3. Our concierge helped plan your day with nearly 10 email exchanges, and a 7 minute phone call. Email and text are the most efficient way to reach our staff, but nonetheless, we were quick to respond and help plan your trip. We are very disappointed anytime someone uses the review platform to negatively affect hardworking small businesses for personal motives and not for the benefit of future travelers or for the company being reviewed, whether the review is constructive or praising.
