Couldn’t find the location to pick up the ticket so that we could gain entry so it was a complete waste. We use Google maps and walk to the location which was a couple blocks away from the Sistine Chapel, but never could find the office so it was a waste of money.

Every day, thousands of guests successfully visit our office using the same address, which is clearly mentioned on your voucher as well as on our official website. All travel partners also use the same Google Map location without any difficulty.
Unfortunately, missing the location occurred due to not following the exact address provided. Therefore, this matter is beyond our responsibility.
For future visits, we kindly advise using the address mentioned on the voucher accurately to reach the correct location without inconvenience.

I was given entrance tickets with the incorrect date which was one day too late. It was raining heavy and still had to line up to get in. Finally the front guard allowed us to enter the facility and we had to buy new tickets with the correct date.

Our tickets are issued according to the date selected and confirmed in the booking, and the visit date is clearly shown on the voucher. We always encourage guests to check the date and booking details before travelling to the attraction.

There was no guide at all for this. I thought there was because of the price. Make sure you have a personal guide when you book one. This was expensive for no guide!

Easy to pick up tickets and line up at front entrance. Lots to see. Bring really comfortable walking shoes, water bottle and a hand held fan as many rooms without air conditioning.

Skip the like is expensive but needed as there is an extremely hot season in Rome. Our schedule time was changed slightly . The tickets were sent as PDF files to the Mobile . They could not be scanned but we have to run to the Office and print them. Otherwise it was excellent

Do not do this. It’s a scam. You are better off booking through the website official website. We were charged 150 Euro and our friends bought the same ticket for 50 Euro and we all went in together
Thank goodness I booked this.
The queues were unbelievable but I was able to walk straight in.

I wrote to find out at what time the meeting point was and did not get an answer. When I arrived at the meeting point, the gentleman behind the desk told me they were very busy which is why they didn’t answer. I do not find this to be a justifiable excuse.

We showed up for our tour of the Vatican at 8:30, and the “tour center” was just one guy behind a counter telling everyone that the tour has been delayed until 9:30 and to come back then. We asked him if the 9:30 time was guaranteed and he said “80 percent”. We then talked to the other people there and some of them mentioned a pretty common scam where tours will make you come back at a later time just to say that you were late for your tour and refuse a refund. Hearing this, we demanded a full refund which they begrudgingly gave (to be processed in 3-5 days, we will see if it’s real or not). We then had to wait in the 3 hour unticketed Vatican entry line. Never ever use this tour site! The Vatican is great though!
I booked this experience in advance so I should have had a ticket in advance for a skip the line like I paid for. I get to the location and told there is no 8:30am slot which I paid for. I don't understand because the ticket should have been in advance. When I asked for my ticket the man at the front desk said it's not available, come back at 9:40am which does not make any sense. If you're going to book for tickets DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. They are not honest people.
We had a delightful tour with our guide Amil (Amy) who had a wonderful sense of humor and made things come alive for us. This tour was by far the best of three similar tours I have had at the Vatican over several years. I learned at the end of our tour that Amy was actually not feeling up to par, but it was not evident in her presentation. Side note: we nearly melted in the heat.
Vatican and sistine chapel was great a little long in general and hot in the summer days but definitely recommended. For this to be just a ticket to "skip the line" it cost double the original price of 25 euro per person. You can also buy the tickets with the original website instead of this ticket.
After paying a good amount for 2 tickets to the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel, we were disappointed when Vatican security reprimanded us for trying to scan a “false” ticket. We were told the ticket had already been scanned that day, and that ours were fake. We had to then buy more museum tickets, as ours were not real, and then we were able to enter. When we returned to the vendor’s storefront to tell them about this issue, we were accused of lying and did not get our money back for the fake ticket. The ticket company neglected to take ownership of this mistake, blaming it on the Vatican, which we found incredibly hard to believe. From the other reviews, it seems this is not the first time something of this nature has occurred. Would not recommend.

hello, how could you think we did provide a fake ticket? At the same time, lots of travelers go with the same ticket , you come late and go to the entrance, and the ticket is invalid automatically after that time . its new rules and regulations if you are late arrival then ticket time going to expire then nobody can't get into the vatican and scaner machine will show it was invalid , it was written to our voucher clearly this instruction , so it's so easy for you to say , its an SCAM ! where you missed the entry time by your own fault , then all blmae goes to tour operator , check our other feedback where people say the ticket was fake , thanks for your dishonest explanation shared with the travelers .
Skip the line- nothing of the sort. 30minutes to get in and then mandatory Museum tour to get the the Sistine chapel. 2 hours. Which was overwhelmingly amazing
Looks for “ship “ skip the line tickets.
Mario, our tour guide was very engaging, knowledgeable and interacted with all of the participants on the tour. He didn’t just show us the art, but he helped us see the story and how one thing evolved to the next. Saw Michael Angelo and The David in a whole new light!
Sistine chapel Using Viator was a waste of money. Go on your own!! You will save money and have a better time.

we are sorry that you guys weren't get happy with the ticket amount as the Vatican ticket price was increased and we sell tickets in a higher price in the high season and were we never forced to buy with us , you didn't find anything as Vatican ticket was so limited and booked with us , you have to happy as least you got the ticket to see the Vatican , this year Vatican ticket always going to be price like that and people can't find anything online to skip the line , what we have at least to save your trip , so think about it very carefully then post your opinion , thanks for your understanding
Was under the impression this was a tour. Turned out just to be very expensive skip the line tickets. Very disappointed. Better off lining up and doing your own thing anyway. Or skipping it altogether.

The third party that you use are beyond awful. Not allowed to get tickets until 10 minutes before the time your booked in. This is fine maybe if you have no disabilities.
They gave us the wrong time on the tickets so we had to wait even longer. Not impressed at all.

you guys are not gentle and not be polite using the behavior with the 3rd party company how to talk with the humans , as you are a tourist before traveling must check first what you are going to book and what is the conditions , the as Vatican does not allow to us to provide the ticket earlier so we cant go giant the Vatican rules , without check your voucher instruction don't directly blame to us , hope you will understand and next time read the guideline properly !
It was so easy to just walk through the Skip-the-line. We enjoyed not having a guide for us. We purchased the ear phones there that we could match with a number and play the information. It was perfect.
Really good time with lots to see, learn and look at. Only downside was how hot it was as the museum and chapel were so busy.
Roman Tours- awful customer service!
On the ticket, it says to collect prior to entry time. We showed up an hour before given time of 12pm expecting to collect tickets. We were told to come back just before 12. We went back at 11.50, and was then told to wait until 12.15/12.20. I expressed concern as ticket says it was only valid at selected time of 12pm. Employee laughed and said not to worry. We waited for a further 30 mins and after someone else collected tickets, I collected ours. The customer service was awful. I told them that we paid for entry at 12, but he kept saying 12.30. I showed him my ticket and he was very rude to me and ignored my concerns. We had other things booked in the afternoon and this delayed us further. We then realised complaining was getting us no where as they were so rude and unsympathetic to it messing up our day. We were laughed at. After collecting the tickets, we were not given any directions to where to join the skip the line queue or any further help. You can buy the skip the line tickets directly from the Vatican for less than half the price I paid. Very poor service and would not recommend.
Boy were we glad we had purchased skip the line tickets! Queues outside were massive! Collected the tickets and were partially showed where to go, did have to work part out ourselves as were told to turn left and show ticket to the guard, but there are 3 different queues. We had a 11am ticket and the place was wall to wall in some areas so was difficult to navigate and felt we skipped some parts as it was too crowded. We did purchase the audio at €8 and are given a map, which is next to useless for the map, but the audio was great, just key in the numbers at certain times. We did end up missing the gardens and at peters square as we had already been there for over 3 hours and had been cattle herded in a certain direction. This is not one for those with walking difficulties unless you have a wheelchair as these are permitted.
Meeting place was easy to find, guide explained things well. Saint Peter’s Basilica was not included (we knew this, but make sure you know what’s included) and there was a very long line. Would do again and/or recommend
Fast Access to Vatican museum. This was our last option to find tickets the previous day to visit Rome. Visit to sixtine chapel is a must.
Of course the Vatican is amazing but the tour guide didn’t add anything. The meeting place was hard to find and the guide just took us to the entrance and dropped us off without any commentary
The ability to tour at your own pace is priceless. We skipped the line which was very important to us
