The meeting point is in the square in front of the Santi Cosma and Damiano Basilica, in Via dei Fori Imperiali 1 (halfway, near the Roman Forum entrance). Our staff will be wearing a light blue vest with our logos on. Please arrive 15 minutes early—late arrivals cannot join the tour.

No nick names nor missing or wrong name and/or last name are admitted by the Coloseum management. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need support with this matter.
- For minors, the age must be 17 or younger on the day of the activity
- The entrance tickets to the Colosseum cannot be changed or refunded
- Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the booking name for entry. Without ID, entry is not guaranteed
- Please show up at least 15 minutes before the tour to do the check in
- Meeting time is subject to change; if this occurs, you will receive a call or message from the activity provider. Please provide your correct phone number and country code
- Late arrivals will not be refunded
- In July and August due to the heat the duration of the visit is 2 hours
- All visitors must pass through a metal detector to enter the Colosseum. No exceptions

A nice tour but it started late. The guide was about 30 minutes late. A little difficult to hear and understand the tour guide.

The tour guide was fantastic, but the company is suspicious. They cancelled our tour, and offered a different tour in its place. I told them it conflicted with another tour, and told them I needed the original tour that I booked. They did not tell me that was not possible until I showed up the morning of the tour. When I contacted them they offered no resolution. Thankfully we were able to move our second tour or we would have lost out on hundreds of dollars. Not a professional company. I would suggest booking with one of the many other companies.

A huge disappointment. Very unorganized. We were escorted thru vip line and told to wait at entrance for the other 4 in our group. We waited for over 30 minutes and finally gave up. No idea what to do or where to go. Viator issuing a full refund.

Being inside the Colosseum was the most incredible. Having a guide explain the history enhanced the tour, although very informative, we moved a bit slower than needed. We were most appreciative of the tour operator helping us connect to our guide and group. Our meeting place was easy because the tour connector guide sent a photo of the meeting place. Being in Rome our first time was overwhelming and we were so grateful to her attentiveness to help us find our guide. I give her 5 stars.

The VIP only Colosseum with Gladiator Arena Tour is highly recommended, but with another Tour company. Too many issues to describe. My tip for Hadile and the Team, just apologize for your mixup and make it right, if possible. It goes farther than excuses and contempt.
Or maybe this was just a bad day for you and your Team. It happens.

Colosseum is spectacular, being part of a small group was really helpful. Ive attended a guided tour before and felt like this particular one did not provide as much detail or information. It was a bit disappointing considering the price point.

SCAM! This company did not show up at the meeting place. I booked a 3 pm tour, they asked if I would do 5 pm and I agreed. I showed up at the location on the google map link they sent and nobody was there. I tried calling every few minutes on their What'sApp that they texted me from every few minutes, no answer. They answered texts sporadically to "look for the white flags and people wearing blue or white". Nobody was there. I sent pictures of the location point that they sent and they told me, with 10 minutes in between texts, to walk 2 or three minutes away. 40 minutes later, they finally gave me another number to call, and they told me I missed the tour and that if I wanted to go in alone, I had to walk to their office, which was a 15 minute walk. COINCIDENTALLY, the Coliseum closes at 6 pm and it was 5:45 pm when they told me this. I missed seeing the Coliseum because of this company and they refused a refund.

The Colosseum is a must to visit when you are in Rome. I would book with another company though as we did not have a good experience. We booked to go at 11.30am when it was cooler, however we received a text the day before saying there was a problem and the tour would now be 2pm. We were asked to arrive at 1.45pm to check in etc so we rejigged our day to accommodate this. Upon arrival at 1.45pm as requested the tour guide informed us that there was another delay as we would be joining another tour group and that we would need to wait until 2.20pm outside their offices in the hot sun. There were 3 other couples that had the same timings and us so we all waited inside their office (with the aircon) The tour staff were not too happy about this and did ask us to wait outside which we refused. We were led down to the entry of the Colosseum where we again stood outside to wait for the tour guide to arrive which took around 20 mins. It was very hot and uncomfortable and we were given little information. Eventually we joined the group/tour guide and proceeded with the tour. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable but quite difficult to understand as he had a very strong accent and this made it hard to follow. Overall I thought this was expensive for the experience that we had!

Guide was pleasant but I would have liked to understand how the colosseum was built and maybe even a video would help and also the guide didn’t make it flow from one subject to the next it was a big fragmented .

We booked our tour for 11.30am as we had another tour in the afternoon. Only to receive a text message that morning, that our was canceled and we was now booked in for 2pm.
I phoned several times but no answer, so text the number back to say we can not go at 2pm as had a tour of the Pantheon at 14.30 and please confirm we are on the tour for 11.30 . They replied 1 hour later to say there is no tour but can go at 14.00 or on Friday, (we were leaving on Thursday.)
So had to pick which one we would rather see as they was very unhelpful.
. As this was booked 2 weeks prior I think I they should have let us know so we could have changed other tour.

Went to check in and was told we had no reservation. Told them about email changing time. Wanted me to walk to office and straighten it out. I refused so they put me in 3:30 pm slot which didn’t leave meeting point until 4;00 pm since we were waiting for a few more people. So unorganized.

Andrada was fabulous. So clear, concise and easy to understand. Kept up in the shade which was great because it was 95 degrees and we had a sleeping toddler in the stroller

Tour did not meet at the designated spot. There were 5 others waiting with us. No attempt made by agency to contact us when tour was missed.

Picked up was waiting for start time and there was terrential rain that took almost.50 minutes to clear. It.caused traffic issues and was so bad was flooding everywhere with water.pouring into all covered areas.
We were sat undercover outside restaurant opposite the meeting place and saw no one. Once rain started to deline we waited for return of.everyone.and saw no one so came away very disappointed. No refund either

We were truly looking forward to this experience. It was unfortunate that, although our guide was English speaking, she was still extremely difficult to understand due to her accent. Also, the audio equipment was not very good and was very crackly throughout the tour which made it even harder to understand.

Our guide wasn’t very helpful. He got us in using the express entrance, then we stopped right before the entrance to the arena where he told us some coliseum stories for 30 minutes and that was it. He said we were free to walk by ourselves and come back if we had questions.. He didn’t walk with us, he didn’t show things around, there was no arena entrance, nothing else..

This tour ended up ruining our day in Rome. It started at check in when we were told our tour was delay 2 hours. From 11:30 to 1:30. Tour was supposed to be 1 hour but tour lasted over 1 1/2 hours. We ended up leaving the tour so that we could catch our train back to our port. We were left with no time to see any other sites in Rome. Very disappointed!

I’ve now been on 4 tours of Italy but we hit the jackpot with our tour guide of the coliseum. His enthusiasm and his knowledge was superb and his engagement with the tour party was next level. You realised the tour a phenomenal experience.

We were very disappointed. We received an email the tour moved back to 5:30pm which was surprising as the venue closes by 6:30-7 and we were scheduled for an hour tour. We arrived at 5 to be greeted by no one. We communicated with the tour guide, they showed up. We waited until 6 then could not get into the group we just were added to. In the end we had a 10 min over view from Paulo and then were asked to leave the stadium. We asked for a refund and were told no because we missed the time. We have back up communications to support what happened yet still no refund or even an apology. I would not book with this unorganized company.

The colosseum is amazing but the time of our tour was changed and then we arrived it was loved another 3 times. Not ideal when you are waiting with 3 children on the heat. We had to walk around for hours in the end to wait to be put on a tour.
