The names provided during booking cannot be altered later on; the name of the persons who will show at the meeting point of the tour have to be the same of the ones provided during the booking process.
TO ENTER IN THE COLOSSEUM AND FORUM IS MANDATORY TO PRESENT A VALID ID OR PASSPORT OF ALL THE VISITORS, ADULTS AND UNDER 18 (also a picture of the id/passport is accepted). The names on the passport or ID document have to match the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
All visitors must pass through a mandatory security control which can take some time depending on the number of people visiting the monument that day. During peak times or seasons, the wait time for security checks may be significant and is UNRELATED TO THE TICKETS QUEUE.
Tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless the monument is closed by authorities for safety reasons
LATE ARRIVALS ARE CONSIDERED NO SHOW , which is NOT REFUNDABLE and also not possible to reschedule. The reservations have a specific entrance time , after that they expire and are not anymore valid. If you book a guided tour , you can only enter with the group , you cannot enter by yourself.

Best way to see the colosseum

This was the best way to see the Colosseum. Simona was our guide and she did a fabulous job. Very informative and included many stories to explain and give you a visual of the original structures. She had a binder of photos so you could see what many sites looked like in their original form. You could tell she loved her job and truly had passion. The best tour guide we had on our trip to Italy.

Horrible tour company cancels tour and keeps my payment.

The tour cost $466 for 2 people and was cancelled by the company providing the tour 12 hours before it was to start. The company tried to substitute a much cheaper tour at a later date that did not fit my schedule. When I refused, the company refused to refund my money even though it was more than 24 hours before the start of the substitute tour. The initial ticket stated a full refund would be issued if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. A horrible tour company that cancelled my tour and refused to refund my payment.
