Overall our family 8 had a great time and recommend especially if you have never been on the train leaving Rome before. However, I wished I realized that Tour Leader does not mean Tour Guide. Our tour leader was great - but we didn’t know all that means is someone to help you get on and off the trains and did not include a Tour Guide around Florence. I’m sure this was my mistake but nonetheless it was still worth it.

Snapshot of Florence and Museum of Uffizi: if you’re on time constraints this tour is the way to go. Loved it

Our tour guide Jacob, gave clear instructions on meeting points and times and he was always visible with the pink hat on the pole 👍 Jacob also managed to add the Museum of Uffizi for me , and I’m so glad I experienced seeing famous works of art by Da Vinci, Michelangelo and Raffaelo. Florence was beautiful and seeing some of the stunning Italian countryside on the way to Florence was great. Loved the whole day

No train tickets due to negligence

Got to the train station and met our guide who didn’t have any information on us being on the tour. Therefore, we did not have a train ticket! The guide spent a lot of time calling to see why he didn’t get the information from his office and trying to get us tickets for seats on the train. He did finally arrange to get us a train ticket, but for at least 30 minutes it didn’t appear we would be going! Very upsetting and anxiety that we could’ve missed the trip due to their negligence!
