Great service for being picked up from airport and dropped off to hotel. Driver had prrdonal sigb with name and water waiting in car.

Horrible experience

Plane arrived 45 mintutes late, which an airport driver is supposed to track. Arrived at pick up area after luggage and no one was there. No text of introduction or asking eta. Just nothing. A truly horrible experience, as it was also impossible to get a cab with 100 people in line. Ended up taking a train into the city and a bus home. What a major, major disappointment given the positive reviews (and 100+ degree temperature). Have not yet heard a word from Viator or the company about a refund. Avoid this company.

Air-conditioned, clean van and great customer service!

Lady Taxi was waiting at the airport when we arrived. They were easy to locate. The driver immediately helped us with our bags and took us to the wonderfully air-conditioned, clean, spacious van. I would highly recommend Lady Taxi.
