We used this option to transfer from Rome airport which ends at Termini metro station. It was a convenient way to reach our hotel and also to save us from struggling with luggage as it was carried on the coach.

The bus ride was great and the value was good, but make it easier with a simple QR code that can be scanned instead of having to redeem a vouncher for a boarding ticket. The current process is cumbersome, confusing, and time consuming.

Easy booking process, great price for transfer from PMO (Palermo Airport) to the city center (train/bus terminal) and vice versa . Also fully air conditioned with Wi-Fi. The Bus drivers are expert drivers so you’re pretty much guaranteed a safe arrival to your destination.

Read the mixed reviews, but figured I'd try it and Uber if the bus was late or didn't work out. Everything was fine. We left about 3 minutes after departure time and got there a bit earlier than expected. No traffic. Easy to put luggage in and dropped right at terminal 3.

When I came to the street to get in the bus. The office was closed, and I didn't get the ticket. I had the original voucher that you sent. The man that was handling the situation said, I can't accept that. I asked, then what can we do? He said pay me, and you go in the bus. I paid him 18 Euros for two tickets, and he gave me a recipe. We jump in the bus. At that time, I was not going to argue with him or wait for the office to open. I would like to received refund for the funds that I paid. I can sent you a copy of the recipe that he gave me. The problem came about because the ticket was sent to my e-mail address and not to my phone address or to my phone messages. I couldn't down load them. When I tried to open your messages on my phone from Rome, it didn't want to open. The other tours were great, I had not problem. Thanks,

No hassle what’s so even to find the stop. Cost next to nothing compare to what the cabs were charging so booked the service back to the airport

The transfer from Rome's Termini Station to the Leonardo da Vinci airport went as planned. Let at the appointed time and arrived at the airport as expected. The person taking the tickets was a bit unsure about Viator but in the end all worked out.

Remember to print your voucher to give to the representative as showing your mobile phone is not enough. We were sent reminders on the app and walking directions from our hotel. It was easy to find the coach at the station as it was there early and took us to the airport in good time.

To me getting the bus was an easier option than the train even though they depart from the same area. The meeting point was easy to find and there was a staff member there to exchange my internet voucher for a ticket. The bus left right on time and got us to the airport on time. We loaded our own luggage under the bus and could put as much as we needed to there. It was a warm day. The bus was comfortable and air conditioned. I enjoyed the bus ride and it was nice watching the journey out the window. I recommend this service.

It was on time. Strange to see the driver sitting in the drivers seat while each passenger struggled to place their luggage in the luggage storage compartment. No organisation at all.

Coach to airport was on time and comfortable. No problem booking or finding pick up point but it was a bit of a pain having to print the ticket as obviously been on holiday, you don’t have easy access to a printer.

Manque d'information pour le retour concernant notre réservation pour échanger notre bon en billet.
Personne pour nous répondre, sur les deux stands de la gare et pas très aimable.
Il fallait simplement le faire directement au bus.
Contrairement à l'aller où il fallait se rendre au stand pour l'échange.
