- Viator vouchers will not be accepted at the Pantheon entrance. You must bring the official ticket with you.
- Entry is subject to a strict dress code: no shorts, vests or sleeveless tops.
- Bring headphones and a mobile device. You will need it to listen to the audio guide.
- Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the booking name for entry. Without ID, entry is not guaranteed.

This was terrible. No one met us for the tour. Had to keep messaging to get someone to acknowledge us. The so called audio didnt even work when we did finally get something via text. Just buy your own ticket to enter.

Poor instructions on the audio guide , spent a lot of time trying to figure out how it all worked, we eventually gave up so I sent a message on WhatsApp asking how to do it only to be told they don’t do the audio guide, it’s only for the colosseum, even though our tickets stated the audio guide was included. Disappointing as kids were looking forward to following the guide

Skip-the-line entry is good. Audio guide could be better. Purchasing the ticket is easy but be sure to have it out and ready before you get to the guard!

The Pantheon itself was more than expected but out app didn’t work so we walked around and only read placards. It was awesome to get in so quickly with skip the line. Highly recommend that.

Simple process. Pick up tickets from Tourism office and walk to the Pantheon just a few minutes away. This ticket is a slight upcharge and has skip the line benefit. It was worth it on a hot and crowded day. Pantheon is a must-see. We spent about 30-40 minutes inside

The Pantheon was amazing! You are stepping into history. There are a few tips to keep in mind. There were so many people that it was hard to tell which line to get into. It is the middle one. Give yourself plenty of time to pick up your tickets at the meeting place, there are a ton of people to navigate through. So do it well in advance. Enjoy yourself. It is beautiful.

We did like the skip the line tickets once we were able to find the ticket office. The touristation was hard to find and not near the Pantheon. We did not know I needed to download an app to hear until we got the actual tickets. Then we tried to use the audio app with the voucher and was never able to get it to work.

We did everything we could to make sure that you had received the three vouchers correctly by contacting you before the travel date. In addition, we always specify in the product description the address of the meeting point is clearly specified both on the voucher and in the description.

It was great to go right in and explore. The audio worked fine just make sure you listen in order. It can get kind of hard to see with all the other tourist but you can play it back. The downside to this which wasn’t too terrible because I bought the self guided audio tour was the line at the tourist spot where you had to go to get your tickets. It’s close but not that close. And it’s a line. So if you have a scheduled time, plan on getting your tickets early. But then again a couple was in front of us and their tour was at noon. It was 10:40. They told them they were too early and to come back like 10 minutes before their tour. So I guess it just depends. Our tour was at 10:45. Not anticipating a line as long as it was and 1 person working we were in line for at least 30 minutes. We missed our scheduled time but because it was self guided we could go anytime before 6:00 pm. We went back around 2:00 pm. Went right in. No problem. It was good.

La audioguía bastante pobre de datos, sin dudas con un guía se hubiese aprovechado y aprendido mucho más. Dicen sin colas, pero tenes que hacer cola igual para entrar y puede ser bastante extensa. Si no tenes internet ni auriculares, es igual que entrar sin nada. Deberían darte un aparatiti con auriculares como sucede en otros casos.
