    It’s a beautiful building...

    It’s a beautiful building with a lot of history. The app was very helpful for the points of information to understand a history and the process of the Colosseum. The downside is knowing when to go. Going in the summer at peak season you encounter massive crowds and hot and humid temperatures.

    Ripped off no jump the queue

    You can pay as little as 24 euro each for this experience else where. There is no such thing as jump the queue. The guided tour is an app they ask you to download. Totally ripped off. The Colosseum is absolutely worth seeing just don’t use this experience.

    Our Colosseum with Arena Floor and Ancient Rome with Audio App experience is clearly described as an audio-guided tour, as evident from the title itself. Only ticket cost €24. Regarding the queue, guests only need to pass through security checks, which are mandatory for all visitors.

    Fun but not worth the extra price when you can get a basic ticket online or at the colosseum

    The description of what is included is misleading as there isn’t a skip the line option at all as you’ve still got to wait in the long line and you can’t go on the ground floor area either as that’s a separate ticket as you can only go into the main arena stars and upper area

Please allow us to clarify: the ticket you booked include access to the Arena Floor, which is part of the Full Experience entry. From your message, it sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding between the Arena Floor and the Underground section, which is a different ticket category entirely and not included in this particular experience unless specified otherwise. Regarding the queue—what you’re referring to is the mandatory security screening at the Colosseum, which, for safety reasons, cannot be bypassed by any visitor regardless of ticket type. However, as priority ticket holders, our guests do in fact enter through a separate, faster-access line, allowing you to bypass the general queue at the entrance after clearing security. If you still feel that you did not receive Arena Floor access, we would be more than happy to resend the ticket confirmation showing the included access for your peace of mind.
