- The time selected for your booking refers to the timing at Touristation Office, Piazza Ara Coeli 16.
- The Roman Forum and the Palatine must be visited for approximately 2 hours, before entering the Colosseum
- The customer is responsible, at the time of purchase, for correctly entering their first name, last name and selecting the appropriate ticket type. The personal details must match exactly those shown on the identity document that will be presented in original form at the park entrance. The ticket category must be chosen based on the customer’s age on the day of the visit and as indicated on the identity document. In case of errors made by the customer during the booking process, the Tour Operator cannot be held responsible for any denied access to the Archaeological Park decided by the competent authorities, and no refund will be issued.
- The total retail price includes: €18,00 adult / €0.00 minor (0-17 years) admission ticket to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill The remaining amount covers additional services such as the multimedia video, guided tour and on-site assistance.
- All participants must present a valid original ID. Photos, copies, or photocopies are not accepted. Those who fail to present the original document will be denied entry without a refund.
- Free admission to all disabled visitors with a certified disability. In case of not self-sufficient, the free voucher is also extended to a companion
- These admissions cannot be used for school groups, group guided tours, and private guided tours
- Not wheelchair accessible due to the terrain conditions of the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 60 travelers

The booking advised there were 3 redemption points to collect the tickets. This was simply wrong. There was only 1 redemption point, the other 2 did not exist. It took us one hour to get the tickets, the actual redemption point being quite distant from the site. The ticket supplier was unable to explain why we were given 3 options. Quite exhausting running around Rome in 35 degree temperatures.

I didn’t have a great experience at all because I was not told that we had to wait in line for two hours to get the tickets. We were told it was too late and we lost our money. This is all a scam.

The “pickup point” had a fairly long line to check in, but there was no pickup, just poor instructions to walk to the Colosseum in the hot sun. After several wrong turns and needing to rest, we had missed our scheduled tour, and run out of energy for my spouse to walk and climb anymore. So no audio tour, no pickup, no guide or guidebook. Quite a frustrating ripoff.

It was truly an amazing site to behold. We almost skipped it because we had overextended ourselves for the day, we are so glad we did not. Cannot wait to do again. So much to take in!

The pick up location is a long walk from the attraction. After getting there, there was a long line. I booked for 2pm and the tickets I received was for 4pm. Good thing the attraction accepted me entrance before 4pm.

Please be aware that there's no guide- the multimedia video is watched separate and the tour office is no where near the Colossuem or the Forum. The description is hard to decipher but you would be much better off finding a "real" guide or just getting the tickets from the Colossuem. Total waste of money!

After having several via tour excursions in France, we were disappointed in the ones in Italy! This, when we walked all the way to the Colosseum before we realized we had to go back quite a bit to get the ticket? Perhaps maybe you could take a picture of the location to pick up the tickets?

You pick the tickets up 10 min away from the site and have to watch a movie that is only visual there is no information just renderings of how all of the sights in Rome looked in Roman times. It’s too long. Then you follow a woman with an orange umbrella -the guide left us at the entrance without an audio guide which we paid for and we realized we could have just gone in to the forum at any time and skipped the movie and . Once inside many areas are roped off now ( it used to be lovely you could wander about a little)you end up forced to crush in with the crowd with no clear path- they even built partitions so you can’t see while you are walking. We were 8 people and were desperate to get out . No information no map . we enjoyed the forum because it’s amazing but this tour was so not worth it. Do not pay extra Viator I notice offers huge mark ups on tickets with no benefit.

We had tickets for Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine hill, Vatican museum and Sistine chapel and I really recommend all of this iconic places. I just want to say that lady in tourist office was really friendly and help as a lot to plan how to visit all of these places, as we were really short with time and we travel with two babies and we had to make covid test before tours (she also help us with that), so without her help we wouldn't see all of these places :)

As with the other tickets we bought in this website Viator for Rome, the information wasn’t accurate. And we pay one we arrived, one more time, more than we already pay when we bought the tickets here in the website. But the worst is that we bought tickets for 10:00am and when we arrived in the place to pick them up they gave us tickets for 1:00pm (3 hours later). We didn’t expect that as we were living Rome at that time. They changed them after we complained, but of course we had to pay more. The put the blame on us, saying we didn’t read the specifications, which we really did, it doesn’t says anywhere that the tickets are for 3 hours later. So really disappointed, one more time of this website. First and last time I use this.

Booked this tour thinking that we could do the visits in any order. When we were told that we could not, the Company that was selling the tickets was was helpful in moving up our time to meet our needs. They did not have to do it and we really appreciate the flexibility.

Never we will go with Viator again.
They promissed a tour with English guide and extra's as floor ground and host we never got and had to pay again. We only got plain tickets while we paid more then twice the price.

We were about 45 minutes early when we arrived at the office to get our tickets. The young lady said we could go ahead, even though early, and get in Colosseum. When we went there, we were told we had to wait. I wish the office had said we would have to wait.
The most important... we were supposed to get 4 audio guides (4 of us) and the paperwork, evidently, said we got only 3! Not sure what happened, but we only received 3 audio guides! Not good!

Our experience was terrible! The TICKETSTATION SRL at Piazza d'Aracoeli, 16 was so unprofessional and disorganized! They cancelled our admission on the last minute forcing us to take it another day when we already have a tight schedule. They did not apologize at all for the inconvenience. And when we finally went on the rescheduled day we were directed to pick up the tickets somewhere else. There were no audioguides and no hosted entry. As in was mentioned in the inclusions. DO NOT take this admission from this company they are horrible

Quando siamo arrivati, ci ha accolto la signorina Veronica, molto simpatica, gentile e super disponibile.Ci ha accompagnati fino al Palatino e durante il tratto ovviamente Veronica ci ha illustrato tutti i monumenti e spiegato le loro storie, magari anche con qualche mito. Per il resto, noi avevamo optato per non avere la guida, quindi abbiamo continuato per conto nostro. È stata comunque un esperienza da rifare e lo consiglio vivivamente a tutti.
