Great tour, learnt a lot and was the right amount of time.
The audio tour guide that was sent to us was easy to use and we were v able to use our phones to listen
The tickets were quick and simple to book, they send you all of the information up front including a diagram of where to line up which is super helpful. It made it super easy to skip the line and the added audio guide was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting the Pantheon without a guide!
So glad we prebooked this excursion on Viator. Others waited in extremely long lines and were not able to get in!
Pantheon was great to see. The line situation is confusing, even with the tour instructions during the busiest times. The entrance line was clear down the street with no indication of how long it takes to get in, we arrived prior to scheduled time and when we got to the front were told to wait, we were 10 minutes too early for our scheduled time. Just be aware of your ticket time and don't try to get in before that time. All signage was blocked by the massive crowd of people.

Having tickets before getting there is the best way to see the Pantheon.
The only issue was I didn’t realize I had to download the WhatsApp. Since I booked through Viator, I would have preferred to get the tickets through Viator, not have to download another app.

Very informative audio attached to the spectacular history of one of the most iconic structures. Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed visiting this and would recommend this tour to anyone that has not been there already.

Great building, a lot of interesting information, but very confusing online ticket purchasing system. You can buy tickets onsite, but the line is longer, especially in the morning.

The online ticket line looked really long but moved very quickly as long as you had your tickets downloaded and respected time of entry. The audio guide provided by Viator was interesting and not overly long. Be sure to trace the movement of the sun across the dome if you can.

I received a voucher for my tickets online.
I was told where to go at the Pantheon to redeem them.
We were able to go in 15 minutes before our assigned time, and take as long as we wanted inside.
A link to a free audio tour was also sent, but we did not use it.

This is a great place to visit. Is this "tour" needed. No. You can do this on your own by securing tickets through the site in advance. This tour provided nothing extra.

A lovely activity and very fairly priced. Booking online made the whole experience really easy, as we were able to avoid queuing, which was especially helpful when visiting with young children.

⚠️ BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company.
They claim that my Pantheon tickets were sent via WhatsApp and that they were marked as “delivered”. However, I did not receive them on my phone, as I didn’t have a consistent internet connection while travelling. What makes this even more strange is that my Colosseum tickets, purchased through a different company, arrived without any problem.
I did receive an email confirmation from this company which stated that I should follow a link to access my tickets. I followed the link, and it provided me with a booking reference and barcode. However, when we arrived at the Pantheon, the staff refused to accept the barcode, meaning we were unable to use the tickets.
This was particularly upsetting as visiting the Pantheon was a bucket-list experience for us.
To make matters worse, I was also charged a fee to change the time of the ticket, despite making the change within a reasonable timeframe and well before our visit.
I contacted the company to explain what had happened and requested a refund, but they refused.
I feel very let down by the whole experience. Based on what happened, I would advise others to be very careful when booking tickets through this company.

The delivery method and the need to access the tickets through the provided channel are part of the booking instructions. We cannot be held responsible if a customer does not have a stable internet connection while travelling and is therefore unable to access messages or links correctly.
The barcode you mention was not accepted because it was not the official entry ticket, but the booking reference/voucher. As explained in the booking information, the official tickets must be accessed through the correct delivery procedure.
Regarding the time change, any applicable fee depends on the booking conditions and the modification requested. These conditions are made available before purchase.
