A lovely activity and very fairly priced. Booking online made the whole experience really easy, as we were able to avoid queuing, which was especially helpful when visiting with young children.
The building itself is absolutely stunning and well worth seeing. Everything was straightforward and enjoyable, making it a great activity to include while exploring the area.
We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend it, particularly for families with young children.

⚠️ BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company.
They claim that my Pantheon tickets were sent via WhatsApp and that they were marked as “delivered”. However, I did not receive them on my phone, as I didn’t have a consistent internet connection while travelling. What makes this even more strange is that my Colosseum tickets, purchased through a different company, arrived without any problem.
I did receive an email confirmation from this company which stated that I should follow a link to access my tickets. I followed the link, and it provided me with a booking reference and barcode. However, when we arrived at the Pantheon, the staff refused to accept the barcode, meaning we were unable to use the tickets.
This was particularly upsetting as visiting the Pantheon was a bucket-list experience for us.
To make matters worse, I was also charged a fee to change the time of the ticket, despite making the change within a reasonable timeframe and well before our visit.
I contacted the company to explain what had happened and requested a refund, but they refused.
I feel very let down by the whole experience. Based on what happened, I would advise others to be very careful when booking tickets through this company.

Beautiful building full of very interesting history. The audio guide is very informative and totally worth adding, the experience would not have been as impactful without it, definitely add the audio guide if you want the history explained to you in depth.

The tickets through Viator were more expensive than the official site, but it was easy to purchase and we got right in at our designated time.

Easy. Easy. Easy. I wanted to make sure we had entry and didn't have to stand in multiple lines to first, but the ticket, then wait in line to get in. Significantly more money but to keep, worth it.

Our time was booked for 9:30 but when we received our actual pantheon tickets they said 9. Had I not noticed, we could have missed our entry time because the time to enter (with tickets) was so incredibly long. Otherwise the process for booking and receiving tickets was smooth and reliable.

The Pantheon tickets clearly display a one-hour entry window, in your case “9:00–10:00,” and not simply “9,” as stated in your review. Your booked entry at 9:30 was therefore fully valid and perfectly within the allowed access period.
Additionally, in the event of unusually long queues causing delays beyond the final indicated entry time, the monument staff responsible for ticket checks and visitor flow management are fully aware of the situation and continue allowing access accordingly. You would therefore not have lost your entry under those circumstances.
Before leaving a review, it is important to be fully informed about how the system works and to avoid reporting inaccuracies, which unfortunately happened in this case. Nevertheless, we are pleased that overall you appreciated the service and found the booking and ticket collection process smooth and reliable.

I was told experience was at 7:30.
Turns out it was actually at 13:30.
Viator made mistake. It cost me money.

What you describe is not possible in relation to this experience. The Pantheon is not open for visits at 7:30, either in the morning or in the evening, so no valid booking could have been issued for that time.
The entry tickets are always scheduled to match the exact time selected during the booking process. For this reason, it is very likely that the incorrect time was selected when the reservation was made.
All booking details, including the confirmed entry time, are clearly displayed before payment is completed and are also shown in the confirmation received immediately afterward. We therefore recommend carefully reviewing the selected time during the booking process.

I bought an entry ticket for 9:30am and I was able to stroll right in. No waiting! It was still fairly crowded inside, but I enjoyed the audio, which came along with my ticket.

The pantheon is beautiful on the inside. But it’s not really worth going in unless you are trying to take those trendy photos. I enjoyed looking at it from the outside then in. Still overall good tour.

Awful, I went there to find your Rep. and they were no where to be found, no both, no sign, no nothing. Walk around with senior citizens for an hour and we got there 30 min before time to meet. We had find someone else paid another $300 for there services.

The site is incredible but the pre booked ticket is not as good as one might think the line for entry is longer for pre booked tickets the day we went and if you make it to the front 30 min before the time in your ticket you have to get back in line 🙃we went through the line twice! For us it would have been better to buy on arrival but that might be different later in the season.

Can’t fault the service - one star dropped just due to the inflated price. We paid almost €40 for 4 tickets (2 adults and 2 under 15) and when they arrived the 2 children’s were free and the adults were €5 each. Having said that having tickets before you go is a must - the queue was quick and easy and with the many people and the May sun we were glad to have them. We went in no problems and had a great visit.

The pantheon is really impressive, worth the visit. The tickets give you access, technically it’s skip the lines so you should be able to go in immediately!

We bought tickets for 2pm and verified this with the email we were sent and on the app. After waiting in line for 1/2 hour we presented our digital tickets only to be refused entry because we were an hour early. Would not book again using this site.
