We supposedly purchased a skip the line ti ket to the Pantheon. Upon atrival.we we're told there is NO such thing, and we were told we just paid extra for something they don't offer. We called the provider, they sent someone to us, and they had us cut off everyone else in line as the "skip the line" complete farce, so we paid extra to cut off the entire line.

The line was quite long for “skip the line” the line was 300 people long so waited in the sun. It was not fun.

Received our tickets the morning of via WhatsApp message. Very helpful with the weather and suggested taking an umbrella for the rain. Waited less than 10 minutes.

Close to the Pantheon
Great for skipping the line
Should have explained that you needed to start to listen to the audio before starting to go in, first part discussed the outside and entrance
Apart from the audio outside, the rest of the audio for inside the Pantheon was great

The meeting spot to get our tickets was hard to find and not as close to the venue as I would have thought. One guy on a bike who texted our passes and then disappeared before checking to see that the audio portion worked. And the audio? Stolen from Rick Steves Audio Europe App.

I didn’t realize we had to go away from the pantheon to find our contact for the tickets. We waited in line twice (in the skip the line line.) By the time we found the Viator guide (who was a ways beyond the pantheon) the line quadrupled. I was so frustrated, we just walked away and didn’t even enter the pantheon! I wish I could get a refund. It’s an awful setup!

So, on our website, we've clearly stated our meeting point, so there's no point in customers going all the way to the entrance, because after that, it only creates security issues for the museum.

We entered on time and 10 minutes into the self guided tour we had to leave as they were closing the Pantheon for a 2 hour mass. As a tour company you were/should have been aware of this and should not have been selling tickets for this time slot.

It's impossible that the museum sends the customer away after 10 minutes. The tour lasts 45 minutes, so they could have found another justification because the museum rules don't work like that.

You can definitely do this on your own. Just go there and purchase a ticket at the door. Our guide never came into the Pantheon with us.

Having purchased these tickets being skip the line only to find out you need to meet a guide in a different location from the Pantheon before you can enter, for them to validate and give you the tickets. Knowing this now, I would book the tickets directly on the Pantheon website. So much easier and don’t go through a third party website

This customer gave us three stars, but he forgot that we find the ticket for the booked time and then leave them the audio guide and accompany them to the entrance before the site sells out. So saying that tickets can be purchased at the entrance is not true.

Our expectation was a complete tour but it ended up being a 22 minute video which we downloaded at the moment when the group met with him. We did not have to wait in line as promised but we were left alone inside looking for our tour guide and he was no where to be found! We later saw him with another group?! For that I would have saved the $33.00 and did my own tour which we ended up doing anyway!

The tour operator was a no show. Finally reached someone and they said they messaged me (no message was received) the tickets because our guide had to leave to catch a bus. We finally got the tickets but had no guide of any kind to give us any information once inside. Extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this tour unless you absolutely want just a few minutes inside and no explanation of the exhibits within.

My experience purchasing this skip the line pass into the Pantheon was awesome! The person that was set to meet us there called me ahead of time and sent me a photo of exactly where he was and the flag he was holding up. Made it SO easy to find him, we found him right away and he got us straight in, no waiting at all. The pantheon was incredible to see!

Paulina was a knowledgeable, patient, and interesting guide. She has an encyclopedic understanding of the art, the history, and the culture of the Vatican, with personal touches that make the experience so much better. Be prepared for huge crowds and long lines, even in a “skip the line” tour.
