We never received a cancellation email. We arrived and no one ever showed up. I called and was informed our tour was canceled. No notice given. All we received we emails telling us to enjoy our tour. After I called I was told they advised Viator to refund us. This tour is a scam!

The worst tour company. Do not use them!!!
Our guide was kind but disorganized and disinterested. Her lack of common sense and professionalism resulted in us getting through the gate late and we had terrible seats. Other guides with this company were better, but regardless, you want to book your Papal Audience tour with a company thats starts before 7:30 am.

This was a GREAT experience. Thereâs a huge line for people getting into the Vatican for this weekly event. Our guide knew the tips and tricks to get us through the chaos and find seats that were strategically situated in a way to best see the Papal motorcade and the Pope himself. Additionally, the tour guide stayed with us until the motorcade arrived, giving us all sorts of information about the Vatican and anything else we wanted . Really a great experience!!!

Even though we were able to get free tickets, I booked this so we can know where to sit to have best view of Pope Leo. I thought I love Rome did a good job organizing us and leading us to where the tour operators get in to Vatican. The tour guide decided to tell us a little bit about the Vaqtican when we got in when he could of done that while we were waiting in line. Once through secuirty I just wanted to get a seat and not be stopped to get a lesson. That could of been done with us while waiting in line. Good news though, we did get great seats and got multiple pictures and sightings of the Pope as he came by us twice and we stayed to the end as he drove off. I do think booking a tour is worth it because they do have a different queue to get you in. He didn't really tell us where to sit but said we were free to sit anywhere so we figured it out and got great seats.

Barbie was a wonderful guide for our Papal Audience experience. She was warm, organized, and very attentive, making sure we were in the right place at the right time and explaining everything clearly. What stood out most was her kindnessâshe even offered to take photos of us so we could truly enjoy the moment. Thanks to her, the experience felt smooth, meaningful, and memorable. Alessandro our guide was great. Explained to us what was going to happen before we left the meeting point. That was very helpful as we entered the sea of people. He kept us all together and got us great seats. It is well worth the money as I wouldn't know what to do otherwise as they were close to 10,000 people there!! The audience with the Pope was a once in a lifetime experience.

Although entry to the Papal Audience is free, we still paid the fee for a tour guide to escort us to St Peterâs Square, for fast track entry and information for the best seats where to see Pope Leo. The service was great and very informative.
The entire experience was FANTASTIC with everlasting memories. My mother and sister was extremely happy. Highly recommended.

Our tour of the Vatican and seeing the Pope was a memorable experience. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and shared great insights throughout the visit. However, we do wish the entry process had been a bit fasterâgetting in earlier might have helped us secure a better viewing spot for the Pope. Overall, it was a special moment and a great tour, just with a little room for improvement in timing.

We went to see the pope on June 11 and itâs hot. The line was long and it took us 45 minutes to finally take our seats. Bring a hat or umbrella.

The tour cancelled without notification after payment was made. Very disappointed that no advance notice of tour cancellation was provided. No contact whatsoever, no information on refund, just left awaiting some communication regarding restitution of payment and an apology.

Our tour included getting us seats at the Papal Audience. We were about ten feet from the Popemobile as it passed by. The whole ceremony was incredible and we felt safe and emotional through it all!

Our tour guide was no where to be found after we made it through security. The stick she was holding up didnât have the company name on it and was not visible in the crowd. We used the app to try to contact the company/guide. We (my husband and another group member) finally gave up finding her and grabbed a seat. I would have loved to have a guide that told us what was going to happen and itâs history etc. (As we saw others doing) This was a bucket list trip for us. I am grateful to have seen the Pope. It was reiterated that the tickets would have been free had we not booked the tour. I have asked for a refund with no response.

Our guide gave us great background information every step of the way. She then advised us on where to sit in order to get the best shot of the best views of the Pope upon his entrance. Very knowledgeable & polite. It was perfect for us!

I didnât want to find my way into the square by myself so booked this⌠as tickets are free all this really did was give us a ticket and a bit of history as we waited in an hour and 1/2 line to get in to the square on our own once inside and told to head to the chairs⌠our group thought we were going to get help to get seated but it was on your own once you passed securityâŚso not sure this was worth it but it appears lots of people book this wayâŚ. Barely made it in to get to see the pope in his popemobile.

We were able to see the Pope but tour not as described. Should have been a group of max 10 there were like 30 people. Guide started late so we were behind lining up in the queue. Once we got close to the gate to be checked in and go thru security, she advised us to run to get a spot by the steps and the white canopy and that she would not be going in to guide us or help us find the best spot. Disappointed and not as described.
