Great tour, but bad directions to the pick up spot. Informative and helpful. Less buses that the Big Bus Yours

Not enough buses for the people taking the bus tours. Had to wait at several stops. Your staff at some of the stops could use some education in handling the crowds waiting for the buses.

We were not allowed on the bus. Our ticket was not official. So they said. Had to pay again. Not happy. We were ripped off.

The customer was given all the necessary information based on the customer's first boarding from station number 7, the fountain station. Therefore, the customer made a mistake in following the company's instructions and went to another company that apparently took advantage of the customer's situation to give him and sell him a new ticket, unfortunately. However, the full ticket amount was returned to the customer to demonstrate our good service and good treatment of our customers... Thank you for your comment

We were told to take one bus then were asked to leave it because that one was a different company. But we presented our tickets and followed their instructions.

Choose a different bus

First of all, the Viator ticket did not come with a qr code which is what they were looking for so it took them several minutes to figure out how to accept our booking. Then, this bus had so many delays. There were a couple times that we waited up to double the estimated time between buses. We watched 2 (one time 3!) of each of the other brand buses come and go while waiting for the greenline bus.

Due to the works in Rome for Il Guibleo 2025 all buses are experiencing delays. The same reservation on Viator can be used to board the bus....thak you for your feedback

Good way to get an overview of the sites

It was a good way to see where things are located to make notes to return. I advise staying on the bus for one full loop before getting off at a stop. Also, plan to wait up to 30 or more minutes depending on where you want to get back on.

Traduci il testo con la fotocamera as there are 3 lines on the bus, a main one, the green line, takes every 10 minutes frequency and the other 2 lines are extra, the blue line and the orange line take 30 minutes frequency because these 2 lines take you outside the historic center of Rome, for this way take more time frequency for a bus...thank you for your feedback

Al inicio no querían hacer válido mi 48hrs de Bustour. El autobús no tiene aire acondicionado!!! El calor es insoportable!! Los dependientes no son amables y el autobús no cumple con lo prometido. Pésimo todo!
