We bought these tickets at the last minute after our original tickets (through another company) were canceled. We are SO GLAD! This was a wonderful option for reviving tickets. It was so helpful to have recommendations of where to start the tour alongside rules for the chapel such as using a cover up for shoulders and knees.

The worst experience of my life. Started with the meeting point where the young man kept talking but wouldn’t answer my question. Then when we get to the museum we still had to wait in line to get in. While inside there was no one to help. No maps. The people that sold us the audio guide did not show us how to use it. Too many people. Like cattle being pushed along. If I had know about the experience I would never have tried it.

We purchased the tickets understanding we would not have a tour guide. They didn't even bring us to the gate just told us to go the first street and make a left then go strainght.. we past the entrance because we had to go left then make a right. The skip the line was a joke, there was a huge line for the skip the line. Pass. We got on the line ant 4:45 and entrance tickets for on line and didn't enter until 5:50. We had to rush through to get to the Sistine chapel because even inside there are so many rooms to walk through before getting to the chapel, it was closing at 7:30. We should have went earlier, and I should have booked a ticket with a tour guy.

The experience is fantastic, but the description is wrong. Your tickets are not emailed to you. We were already in Vatican City so we had to leave, walk 15 min to a tour office, wait and then be escorted to the museum. Wasted about 45 min.

There’s multiple issues with this. 1. This is atleast 3-4 times the actual cost of what it is you book it directly. This is a good example of “tour guides” acting as scalpers and reselling tickets. I’d recommend booking directly from the vatican website. 2. The sistine chapel was closed and we weren’t given a partial refund for it.
