Never travel with this company and with this buses - dirty , audio not working , nasty employee attitude , big mess on the logistics - never even with I Love Rome pink bus

Thank you for your feed back the service fir a bus is regular moment that a bus us crowded and a weather her in rome is still hot here in rome that ha4d for some customers, that some people like that and some people does t do hop on and hop off just like to stay on the bus

No roof off apparently too hot 35 degrees but should have at least half and half , couldn’t see most of the highlights

The weather was obviously hot because the bus was double-decker, so the passenger definitely felt the intense heat on top of the bus. We asked the passenger about this and informed him because the weather has been very hot in Rome these days.
