This was the perfect way to travel from Rome to Florence. Matteo was kind, courteous, and patient, and made suggestions ahead of time to avoid getting stuck in Rome’s traffic. The trip was smooth with no issues and excellent driving — from the perspective of someone who typically strongly prefers to be the driver themselves! He was also helpful with referrals to other private transfer services to help with similar arrangements in northern Italy. Excellent service, and an excellent individual!
