STEER CLEAR!!!! They canceled this class barely 24 hours before and did not notify us. They said they emailed but we didn’t receive it but they had my phone number yet did not call. The numbers we had in case of issues did not work except for 1 and that one was not answered. Found out was because she didn’t recognize the number. So 40 euros of cab rides to be turned away and they won’t refund $320!!! I would avoid using Viator for any tours that involve Italy they are not reliable.
