Be careful with booking times. Had troubles getting a taxi and we arrived just 3 minutes before start. Told us would cut our tour short and raced us to a couple of places and then left. The guide was good just told he was booked for another tour. Never made it to all the places.

Great experience with our guide Benjamin. Very knowledgeable about Rome and the history behind coliseum and sounding areas. There were large crowds but our guide did help navigate.

Entry to Colesseum was denied

Booked a private tour to get into the Colesseum in Rome. Entry to the Colesseum was denied, our tickets were invalid and the security check in would not recognize our tickets. The cost of our tour was $480, and they are trying to give us a partial refund. I think we’ve been scammed🙁

Your tour did include the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill with our licensed guide, which was completed as scheduled, and partial refund we issued reflects the Colosseum entry portion that could not be delivered. While we are unable to offer additional refunds, we take full responsibility for the ticket error and are auditing our suppliers to prevent this from recurring. Our guide Andrea was the best! She gave us so much history of the coloseum and was able to answer all of our many questions. We didn't have the energy to finish the whole tour due to jet lag, and Andrea helped us with going to see the other sights on the next day, which was very appreciated. The only one downside- teh meeting point. It was super confusing to follow how to get there.
