This tour was excellent. We took the train to Venice. We had time to explore, eat, go to famous cathedrals, sites like bridge of sighs and take a gondola ride. It was like I had always imagined but better. Our tour guide went above and beyond. We did not wait for any activity we even had time for a street side artist to paint a portrait. It was an amazing city and an amazing excursion.

This was another amazing experience to see most of the Italian countryside while enjoying the train ride to Venice. Our tour guide Monika was the best. Full of history and things we would not have known to look for. The gondola ride was breathtaking.

Long train ride, bit worth the time to do in one day. Plan to walk long a lot. Enjoyed venice. Would do again.

The private tour to Venice was exceptional. Our guide Serevino was amazing and very patient with my elderly mother who has trouble with stairs. He offered her assistance on more than one occasion. Our driver, forgot his name, was also very kind and polite. Overall great experience and absolutely stunning to travel to Venice and explore at the pace of my elderly mother who’s dream was to visit Venice.

Our private guide Rashi, was wonderful. We were picked up at our hotel, she walked us right through the train terminal and was with us the whole day in Venice. Rashi asked if there was anything in particular that we wanted to do and see. She took us all around Venice, was absolutely willing to take our pictures, arranged a gondola ride for us, and made awesome recommendations for lunch and a bar and snack place to rest a short while. It was a wonderful day in Venice.

We have the worse experience last year when we visited Rome. We paid top dollars for our trip , as 1st class train ride and that never happened. Our tour guy was 2 hours late .. I strongly recommend not to book this trip via viator and just plan your own.

however we don't understand what you mean when you write that the boy was late. Our assistant has been traveling with you all day, perhaps you mean the train.
We inform you that on the way back there was an accident which caused a delay to the trip.

We checked the tickets and they are ok, you traveled first class.
We are sorry for the inconvenience but in train travel sometimes there are delays and our company cannot be responsible for the delay caused.
Upon your arrival we waited for you and accompanied you to your hotel.
Our philosophy is to bring emotions to life, certain inconveniences are not predictable, it is in the spirit of the traveler to see the positive side of the situation, you still had a beautiful experience, you visited a wonderful city like Venice.

Much about Italy to have only lived there for 3 years. Our driver picked us up on time and took us to the train station. The train ride was long, but Rasi answered a lot of questions for us on the way. Venice was beautiful. Will definitely go visit again.

The full day tour was AMAZING!!! It’s hard to select one memorable part but I would have to say the gondola ride, which included a serenade. Our tour guide, Anita, had pre-ordered “skip the line” tickets for most of the major attractions, which saved us a lot of time in old Venice, which was packed with tourists. Anita knew her history and kept us spellbound with her knowledge. This trip had been on my bucket list for many years and exceeded my expectations! Thank you Anita!!

We highly recommend this day tour of Venice. We wanted to see Venice but only had one day to see it . From start to finish this day was perfect and stress free. A driver picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off at the train station where our tour guide Giuseppe was waiting to meet us for the ride to Venice. A stress free experience as we did not have to worry about finding a train or where to go. Giuseppe made it so easy and relaxing He was with us the rest of the day He made our first visit to Venice a very enjoyable and memorable one. He recommended a restaurant for us for lunch with great food. He also was able to get us a gondola ride. A must see experience He showed us the different sites in Venice and was very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Giuseppe if you are looking to see Venice it is a four hour train ride each way however I can honestly say Giuseppe made the day feel relaxed and not rushed. We can’t wait to come back to Venice again!!

The Private Tour is the way to go -- our guide, Lorenzo, was with us every step of the way! He greeted us at the train station, helping us get in the right seats on the train, showing us the sights in Venice, getting us lunch reservations, and getting us back to Rome! He was great to talk with and he had tons of information about Venice to share!

This was a great experience. Our guide, Juliano, was amazing. He gave us lessons about the history of Venice. He also showed us some sites that we never would have found, or been given access to normally, For instance, he was able to get us into a private showing at a glass factory to see how glass products are made. The trip was well worth it.

Venice is a great city. I wish we were not so rushed to get everything done on the tour escorts agenda. We had to be in certain places by set times. We did get to go on a gondola ride. The driver did not say anything on the whole trip. The only words he said was to the tour escort asking if we gave a tip. We had no time to shop as we were whisked around so fast. Next time we will stay in Venice. Not a good day trip from Rome.

If you are visiting Rome and wondering about the day trip to Venice, stop wondering. It is a great day - and, yes, a long worthwhile day - but you will not regret taking the time to visit this Italian unique city! We will be coming back with more family in 12 months and we will do the same trip again!

If you are stapped for time and want to see Venice in a day, this tour is a way to go! Our tour guide Irene did a great job helping us navigate crowded streets of Venice while giving us an overview of sites we were passing by. She also arranged condola ride for us not included in the trip cost so we did not have to wait in line wasting precious time. We were also able to visit St. Mark's cathedral without standing in line. Murano glass factory visit which included glass blowing presentation was amazing!

It was a wonderful tour where you get a glimpse into Venice. We had a wonderful guide and he made the experience memorable. We got a taste of venice as we were in Italy only for a short period. Really enjoyed it.

We highly recommend this tour. We never could have navigated the intricate maze of streets and bridges without our excellent guide Lorenzo. Our private gondola ride was one of the highlights of our visit to Venice. The train was comfortable and on time as was our pick up and drop off at our hotel.

Irene was amazing. We cannot say enough about her. She did everything right but she can not control the weather :. It was a cold rainy day, but with Irene it did not matter. It is well worth the money to skip the lines. She explained the sites in great detail. We even had time on our own which was more than enough time. We could not have done this trip with out her!!!!! This tour is expensive and Venice is a tourist trap! About 4 hours on a train each way. No service is available on this train...not even bottled water. When we arrived, we were told by our guide that the price of a gondala ride was NOT included - that was another 95 euros about 115 due on the spot. It was a nice 10 minute ride however, the gondala driver never offered any info - he was on his cell phone and talking to other gondala drivers. The restaurant suggested by our guide had a table, and was WAY overpriced! 5 euros 6 for a can of Coke! We ended up sharing a pizza bc it was the cheapest thing on the menu. None of the servers were nice and Venice does not treat tourists well. And the place is covered up like ants with tourists carrying luggage. Spend your in another city where they actually like the tourists...like Rome or Florence. Don't waste your money. After the price of tickets, food, gondalas, etc., we spent 1000 each on this city and it was the worst day trip by far!

Claudio was entertaining! Major sights seen and was given enough time to explore St Mark square. Even able to visit murano glass factory and do the gondola ride coating 80 Euro. Awesome experience! Train trip was longer than Venice tour though but overall, we enjoyed our short stay in Venice

We had one day to see Venice - and this made it amazing. We had a very sweet tour guide. She answered all of our questions, and made sure we were in the front of the very, very, very long lines for gondolas. We also visited the church on the canal. It was breathtaking, and again, we were in the front of the line. Venice is amazing to see and the shopping is out-of-this-world. Venice is known for their glass, so get some jewelry. Well worth it. This guide and these perks make the expense of this trip very reasonable. I do not think we could have seen Venice without this tour -- the lines were hours long. It's a must see.

My wife and myself booked for this tour and it was wonderful. We were worried that it was going to be difficult to fitting in a day trip to Venice from Rome, but Irene Fulgenzi made it possible. She was an excellent tour guide who knew all the back streets to help us see all the wonderful bridges, landmarks, St Mark's Square. She knew many of the local shops not on the main stretch where we were able to get some real bargains, like authentic Murano glass and genuine leather Made in Italy products. She also recommended a lovely place for lunch and secured for us a really nice Gondola ride skipping the queue so we didn't waste time. What was also excellent as the hotel bus to train station and train transfers were all included. We even enjoyed a lovely 25 min ferry ride on the canal back to the train station before heading back to Rome. We highly recommend this private tour.

La experiencia de estar en Venecia es increíblemente mágica. Pero no vale la pena comprar esta "excursión". Bueno creo que fue mala suerte nuestra, nos tocó un "guía- acompañante", buena persona y amable, pero en general lo que hizo fue eso, acompañarnos de Roma a Venecia en el tren, llegando a Venecia nos llevó directo a la Iglesia y ahí nos dejó... Por nuestra cuenta todo el día. Libres. Sin nada, pero nada de explicaciones de la cuidad, de la historia, nada !!!!! Cuando lo normal es que te vayan contando historia, enseñando lugares importantes de la cuidad y ya luego el tiempo libre...
La verdad un paquete demasiado caro para no recibir ni un poco de historia, era igual o mejor comprar uno por su cuenta el boleto del tren y viajar sólo, y buscar excursiones locales.... No puedo recomendar más que eso...

su función, tal como se describe en el programa, es acompañar los cliente en esta experiencia inolvidable. Venecia es una ciudad única donde caminar por la calle es saborear la historia y el medioevo. Durante el viaje en tren, si los clientes no descansan, el asistente les habla sobre las bellezas de esta maravillosa ciudad y lo que van a visitar.
La función del asistente es dar información, ayudar durante el viaje. En esto creo que Pino haya cumplido en todo y lo sentimos mucho que no hayan apreciado el trabajo de un profesional como Pino. Tenemos muchas carta de reconocimiento que reconocen a Pino una persona especial, simpatica y competente.
Por lo que se refiere al precio ques usted ha pagado, les informamos que el viaje de ida y vuelta solo tren, cuesta casi mas de lo que pagaste.
En el precio esta incluido tambien: asistente todo el día, traslado ida y vuelta hotel, el billete de vaporetto. Creo este un poco confundido al recordar los detalles.
