Venice by train for a day trip!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful day starting with the train ride. It was a long ride but quite comfortable. Our guide greeted us at the train station and provided us with a lovely tour including plenty of history of Venice. We enjoyed lunch at an outside cafe and had some free time before heading back to the train station.

The 1-day trip was perfect for us as we wanted to see different parts of Italy. The train ride was comfortable and easy. The guide was waiting at the train station when we arrived and was extremely knowledgeable of the city. We had enough free time to explore all the top sites and take a gondola ride!

Very nice experience touring Venice, knowing not only the tourist part but several celles with history. Francesco was great, as he accompanied us at 5 during the hours we were in Venice, he recommended a gondolier who was great.
