- Vatican Museums Dress Code: Remember that the Vatican Museums enforce a strict dress code. All visitors must cover shoulders and knees to be allowed entry. Please plan your attire accordingly, as failure to meet this requirement will result in being denied entry.
- Please note that the time selected for entry to the Vatican Museums during booking refers strictly to the meeting point time, not the entrance
- We recommend arriving at our meeting point with your reservation in hand at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time to allow for security checks before entry.

- The Directorate of Museums and Cultural Heritage reserves the right to close a section due to force majeure. The closure of the museum section does not entitle visitors to any refund.

The escort was great, easy to understand and explained how things would go at the museum. Saw us all the way to the entrance itself. We weren’t allowed in the building and no breakfast or any refreshments were offered. Do not rely on this if you are expecting any type of refreshment.

The meeting place pin drop is not correct use the address provided.
It is very long...and can be very crowded, bottled necked in places.
Comfortable shoes is a must as it is a lot of walking, way finding is very difficult and take water, lots of water.
Once you start it is very difficult to stop and find a break area.
The art is amazing it's like the pyramids you have to go if you are in Rome.

Getting the skip the line for the Vatican probably saved hours during our trip. This was during the jubilee year and they were long lines to get through security.Highly recommended to spend a few more dollars and get the skip the line pass to enjoy your trip even more.

Although I purchased international service, my phone could not open the file that they sent. We could not see where to meet and had to be in the early tour in order to meet our charter bus later. They called us about 8:25 (our tour time was 8:00) to pick up the tickets and we had already had to purchase different new tickets to meet our timeframe. We never could open the file sent by text. An email could have been more helpful. Not sure that we can even get a refund. :-(

A great shortcut! 👍🏼 Highly recommend this group of nice people who escort you to the Vatican entrance with skip-the-line tickets. You will meet 15 minutes ahead of your assigned meeting time at an address two blocks away from the Vatican entrance, they walk you to the front gate and you walk right in at security. These tickets save a lot of time standing in the hot sun or cold rain waiting to enter. Tip: Buy the audio guide once you’re inside and enjoy your time in the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. So much to see.

I would NOT recommend this service. The entire process was confusing and poorly managed.
First off, they claim they’ll send the updated meeting point time via WhatsApp, but I never received any WhatsApp message at all until I myself contacted them—making it impossible to know exactly when or where to go. Communication was basically non-existent, and that alone caused unnecessary stress.
The instructions state the time on your reservation is for the meeting point, not museum entry. But when I finally got in touch with someone (after much effort), they completely contradicted their own information and claimed that the ticket time was for entry, not meeting. Totally misleading and inconsistent.
They also mention an “escorted walk” to the museum—which sounds simple enough—but what they don’t tell you is that the meeting point is actually a 10-minute drive away, and you’re expected to take a bus with the group. This is never clearly mentioned in the description, and gives a false impression that it’s just a short walk nearby. It’s absolutely not.
When I pointed out all of this, they made no real effort to help or make things right. The only “solutions” offered were completely unrealistic and unhelpful. No refund, no reschedule, just scripted responses. Save your hard earned money that they just wont give back.
Overall: totally disorganized, misleading advertising, and zero customer care. Save yourself the stress—book directly with the Vatican or go with a more transparent provider.

Directions were clear, staff were friendly and the meet up location was easy to locate. However, we booked a 10am tour and were told the day before to arrive for a 9am tour. We were staying a distance and have teenagers so this was an unpleasant change.

I wish I could remember our guide's name, she was wonderful. But please be aware of what you are purchasing. This is not a tour. It is simply assistance in getting you in the door to the Vatican Museum. The entrance to the museum is chaos and confusing. There are multiple lines, all of which are timed for specific entrances. It can be difficult to figure out where you need to be. This tour helps you get in the door at your assigned time and past the security checks. Once you're in, you are on your own. However, the guide is wonderful and will answer any questions you might have. She was amazing!

We we missed our tour because were not able to open the voucher link & did not have the location details. We sought help from 3 different tour offices at the Vatican Museum & none of the agents there were able to open the App Link to get Our Vouchers. We wound up having to repurchase our entrance tickets & did not find a guide to enjoy the museum experience.
Viator App was Useless. I would like a Refund Please.

Wheelchair accessible! I would only suggest to let people know there is a walk to the entrance, specially if there is a wheelchair involved. Also, for the person in the wheelchair to bring disability card for museum entrance. This was very helpful! We did not waste time on lines.

This trip is a scam along with this app, I booked this tour but not able to connect with the tour people chat was not available. They change me the full amount. I reached 1 hour earlier no one replied then said you didn’t reach on time. It is a scam avoid. Even Viator is involved in this they said they will investigate and later said oh it’s your fault..
Better take from Air bnb experience avoid this app.

The tour guide yelling keep up , follow me! and not even giving us time to even take in the sights of the museum or a chance to take pictures, she kept going fast ahead so all we could do was focus on her flag to find her and we couldn't hear her because she was so fast and far away. We gave up half way through the tour to look around on our own.
