They just hiked up the price of the ticket. If you go in to the museum and buy your ticket at the desk, you can get in for around 8€. Audio guide and everything is included.

thank you for your point of view. By the way te price you mentioned is the basic price to wich you need to add the presell. Al already told you privately, you booked on a reseller website and the price you paid includes fees and taxes. Booking online you could blook 1 spot for this service in advance while buying on site you risk to don't find availability. All that said I really hope that the low rating doesn't correspond to your visit to the site.......
