No show tour director

Our tour director failed to show up, consequently the tour I paid for did not happen. While I did receive a full refund for the tour, the operator refused to reimburse the expenses I incurred (hotel night and meals) for the extra day in Rome so that I could participate in the tour.

We had a wonderful tour in Rome. Our tour guide, Lu, was excellent and personal. She took us to different attractions including the more quiet side of Rome which was very different from the usual crowded places. The tour was tailored to our specific interests. I would highly recommend booking a trip with her!

Great Half Day with Massimo

We had a great day with. Massimo in Rome. He contacted us in advance to see what we wanted to do, came to our hotel to pick us up, and showed us things we had walked past a million times without ever looking at them or knowing what we were seeing. Massimo showed us big sights and small, hidden treasures and the tour was everything we hoped it would be. We left Rome feeling as if we knew it much better than we did just half a day earlier!
