Do not book Hop on Hop off Tickets through this company

This is ridiculous, we've wasted half a day looking for the stop to purchase the ticket, we paid almost £100 for a one day ticket and have still not managed to get the ticket, do not book on line, it's cheaper to buy ticket once you are over here and less hassle. We are here for 2 days and spent half a day looking for the stop. We were sent to stop 3 at the Colosseum to be advised that it's closed. Do not waste your time and money on these tickets

My last day was ruined.

The directions on how to get your tickets are very confusing. They give you multiple places ….email, text and on the app where it says you can get your tickets but those don’t work. We ran around for 2 hours before it was sorted. I should have checked What’s app. It basically ruined our last day in Rome as we walked for hours, it was hot and because of other activities booked, the bus did not help us.

Terrible Customer Service and Scam Ticket

If I could give zero stars, for this review, I would. We paid over $100 for this tour and the tour bus wouldn’t let us board because they said the ticket wasn’t valid. I showed them all of my confirmations and emails, but they wouldn’t budge. I even talked to their corporate offices in Florence. Then I contacted Viator and they did everything short of calling me a liar and said they wouldn’t give me a refund for their scam of a ticket. Viator’s customer service was absolutely terrible in trying to resolve this. I’m still trying to speak with someone that will help.
