Most disorganised company I've ever encountered. Finding your vehicle is chaos. Thankfully the driver himself was amazing and super helpful. So tour itself was amazing

Do Not Book! Unprofessional & Unclear Policies!

We showed up on time at the designated meeting point after paying $346 for an e-tuk-tuk tour, only to be turned away on the spot because we didn’t have a car seat for our toddler. Nowhere in the tour description, confirmation, reminder emails, or instructions did it say a car seat was required. If it had, we would have brought one or chosen a different tour. Instead of offering a solution, they left our family stranded with no plan, no assistance, no option to reschedule, not even guidance on where to find a seat nearby. To make matters worse, they refused to issue any refund or credit for a tour we never took. That is completely unacceptable customer service. At a minimum, safety requirements must be clearly disclosed before purchase, not sprung on customers at check-in. Our experience felt like a bait-and-switch: we paid, we arrived as instructed, and we were denied service with zero accountability. What we expected: clear instructions, basic courtesy, and a fair resolution. What we got: unclear rules, poor communication, and no refund. Save yourself the stress book with a company that’s transparent about its requirements and stands behind its customers when things go wrong.

However, we would like to clarify that Italian road safety laws strictly prohibit the transport of children under 3 years old or below 15 kg in vehicles without an appropriate child safety seat. This is a legal requirement beyond the company’s control and is enforced for the safety of all passengers — including your child. Our tour description includes information about age and safety restrictions, and we always recommend that families with toddlers contact us in advance so we can suggest the most suitable solution. We sincerely understand your disappointment and would have been happy to help reschedule the tour or assist you with local rental options had we been contacted prior to check-in. Your safety — especially that of young children — will always be our top priority, even if it means we must refuse boarding under the law.
