We had no golf cart 25 minutes after we should have left and we’re not able to complete the tour

Seeing the city at night whole different vibe. Great to see historic sites and watching the city switch from daytime to nighttime is a wonderful experience.

We weren’t sure how to spend our evening in Rome so we booked a late night tour on the golf cart. Alex was our guide and he was fun and informative taking us around to some of the major sites lit up for Knight! We had a great experience and it was a perfect way to spend the evening.
If you sit in the back, hang on. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience. I enjoyed going in the evening. It was cool and our tour guide was very enjoyable. We had gone on the golf cart tour during the daytime when we were here last year and we enjoyed that very much but when you see things at night, it gives you a different perspective. Our driver Tino was excellent very informative and very personable. When we come back to Rome next year, we will do it again.

It’s a quick zip around Rome, but the benefits are you get to see important monuments when it is less busy and cooler. The cart was clean the guide was friendly and helpful, and given the time we made up by not overly lingering we an extra stop on request ( passing by anyway) and we thought this was the perfect way to run a business. Thank you!

We scheduled a trip for 8 PM, they called us and told us we had to reschedule to 9:30 PM which should not work for our travel plans. Then they tried to reschedule us for 9:30 AM which again, did not work with our travel plans. They told us we could not cancel and they charged us anyway even though they were the ones who changed the schedule.

We really enjoyed our evening golf cart tour of Rome. Our guide, Roberto, was excellent... extremely knowledgeable, personable, and spoke exceptional English. He knew all the shortcuts and little ways to navigate Rome that you would never discover on your own, and he made the tour both interesting and fun. My only disappointment was the length of the tour. It was advertised as 90 minutes, but our tour was definitely only about 60 minutes. I had especially been looking forward to seeing the Colosseum illuminated at night, and that additional 30 minutes would have been the perfect opportunity to include it. Roberto himself was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. Had the tour lasted the advertised 90 minutes and included the Colosseum at night, this easily would have been a 5-star experience. Still a great way to see Rome in the evening and Roberto was a fantastic guide! 🇮🇹❤️

We booked a 90-minute nonrefundable tour for 4 people. I received the following email shortly after confirming and paying for the tour:
"We attempted to contact you by phone. We would like to inform you that the tour will last three hours at no cost to your group. If you wish to discontinue after one and a half hours, the driver will stop the tour. Should you choose to continue, you may proceed accordingly."
We only wanted 90 minutes and there was no phone call as I had no missed calls in my call history. The driver (VITO) notified us after 75 minutes that the tour would continue for at least 3 more stops and would not return to the original pickup point till after these stops (he said there was not enough time to return to the pickup point. This would take us well beyond the 90 minutes. This was due to another family wanting the 3-hour tour and catering to their wishes and not what we had signed up for. Being on the other side of the Trevi fountain at this point, we decided to get off the tour as we were already 2 miles from the original pickup/dropoff point and the driver was not going back until these 3 points of interest had been covered (obviously part of the 3-hour tour).
We did not get what we paid for and will dispute the credit card charge. It was very obvious that the family of 6 was being catered to, and our tour of 90 minutes was just not important.
BEWARE of this bait and switch operator. There was no indication when we booked that the tour could be extended. We only wanted 90 minutes not double that.

This was a great idea in theory (and with a great guide) but unfortunately we did not have a great experience. Our guide Erfon was not knowledgeable about the sites. At the start of the tour we had trouble finding him, he spent half of the time looking at his phone, and he tried to cut the tour 15 minutes a short. When we asked to take us one more place he agreed but begrudgingly. We did get to drive by and briefly stop at several highlight spots, but you really need a better guide to explain what it is you’re seeing in this beautiful city.

A great way to see the sights and easy to navigate through the narrow streets on a golf cart. It was lovely seeing the sights lit up at night.
The buildings were beautiful by night, but the speaker on golf cart made the driver hard to understand due to static. Some monuments felt really rushed as well.
Our tour of Rome at night via golf cart and guide Giacomo was a great start to our visit to Rome. We got to see all of the highlights and Giacomo provided excellent history and commentary throughout the trip.
Engaging stories told by driver. He also was a good driver !!

Loved whipping around the sites in a golf cart at night! Alta was an absolutely above and beyond host sharing history and fun facts. He was exceptionally kind to my kids and tailored to all of our interests. He parked in the perfect spots to access the areas without too much congestion. We appreciate Alta!
A fast tour that gets you to a lot of places which suited us as we had a short time in Rome unfortunately.
It’s been HOT in Rome so we decided to book this tour last minute to make sure we saw the whole city! Sam was a great guide, very knowledgeable, and on time! The nighttime tour is so cool- less crowds! Someone wrote that this is like the lightning pass/ fast pass at Disney and I agree! VIP treatment!
Driver was very knowledgeable about the history of Rome. I would highly recommend as an icebreaker to the history of Rome. The ride was comfortable and the breeze was amazing due to the heat right now. Overall I would definitely do this tour again as we saw everything on the itenarary and then some.
