Very comfortable golf cart tour through the streets of Rome. Our guide Ernesto was excellent- very friendly and knowledgeable of all the sights. Great tour!

Not all the places described were shown to us. We didn’t see the pantheon and he pointed to the trevi fountain direction in the end.. and the noise was so loud- you could barely hear him if u are seated behind. Also didn’t really appreciate the humour

We are sorry to read your feedback, but the information you provided is not fully accurate. The tour followed the complete itinerary as advertised, including all major landmarks. Please note that certain areas, such as the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, are within pedestrian-only zones, and vehicles are not permitted to stop directly in front — the guide therefore provides commentary and directions from nearby vantage points.
Regarding the audio, all our golf carts are equipped for open-air touring, and occasional city noise can affect sound clarity depending on traffic conditions. We always encourage guests to sit close to the guide or request lower volume background audio when needed.

Rented 2 carts for party of 9. The newer cart broke down and we lost 30 minutes of our tour. Crap happens.

Fabrizio, Our guide, was very knowledgeable. About the city old and new. It was a great eay to see some of the center before day of activity. He did great at English communication and very friendly.

Picked up late, spent 30 minutes exchanging vehicle and picking up an additional passenger. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Difficult to hear driver, itinerary not followed, no interactive reading material, abruptly dropped off in the middle of Rome because driver had another tour. Had to argue with owner of company to have a taxi drive us back to our pick up spot

We would like to clarify that you had booked a shared tour, which may require brief logistical stops to collect other participants. The short vehicle change was due to operational needs, and the tour was still conducted with the full duration and standard itinerary.
Regarding the drop-off, the guide did inform all guests in advance, and we promptly arranged a taxi at our expense after your request. We are sorry for the misunderstanding and are always working to improve communication and logistics.

Our guide Nina was great, very knowledgeable and personable, and awesome at navigating the busy streets of Rome. She was, however, 15 min late for pickup time ( she did explain it was a train & strike issue, but we were at the point of wondering how much longer we should wait!).
Tour was described as being about 3 hrs long and our’s was only 1 hr 45 min. We also did not see quite a few of the places mentioned (at the very least the Trevi Fountain, pantheon and Vatican City were missed). I did contact the tour operator and we were issued a partial refund, but received no message in response, so no explanation given as to why this happened.
