Carlos was the most amazing tour guide we have ever had! He made us laugh, was so entertaining..so informative. There was a prerecorded message about each stop but Carlos gave us so much more information. He is amazing and we would do this trip again! Really made us want to use Viator again in other areas for travel!

It is a fantastic tour. Our guide, Carlo was extremely knowledgeable. As I have limited mobility, he added bits in so we could get good views from The Tuc Tuc. It was a superb way of seeing Rome. As the Tuc Tuc has open sides (hot and sunny) today, you really feel you are part of this vibrant city.

Excellent tour, Carlos was brilliant!! Pick up location easy to find and on time at 12noon. Great explanation of what the tour plan was.....we saw everything!!! Tuk tuk was fun, it coped perfectly with the narrow cobbled streets followed by larger roads, definitely an experience. Family loved it and were pleased it was a private tour so just the 3 of us which meant we could stop at each sight as long as we needed and ask loads of questions to which Carlos had so much information and Knowledge. Excellent and highly recommended

Carlo did a great job showing us all of the beautiful sites around Rome. He was very good tour guide and an excellent driver. One star deducted, though, due a a broken rear suspension on our Tuk Tuk, which made for a particularly rough ride.

Our flight got delayed and our tour guide Carlo adjusted the schedule without hesitation. He gave us a thorough three hour tour of Rome that included most of the main sites. He was funny and told us many interesting stories about the monuments, piazzas and sites. I highly recommend this tour. The tuk tuk can get into small and narrow streets easily and you can see a lot in the time provided!! Overall it was fun and informative!!

A extraordinary improv tour of Rome

Our driver/guide, Carlo, went above and beyond our expectations all day long. We had booked a tuk-tuk tour to start at noon. Little did we know that the day we had selected would be the day of Rome’s “Race for The Cure“ marathon. As a result, streets on the race course and those crossing the race course were an impassable mess all morning into the early afternoon. So, when we met Carlo at noon at our hotel, he suggested that we might start at 3:00, and that he would stay right at our pick-up point in the meantime. We met again about 2:30, and off we went for the next 3 1/2 hours. We completely revised the normal tour plan to account for sites in Rome that we had already seen or that would be too difficult for my partner who has some mobility challenges. In short, Carlo was incredibly thoughtful from beginning to end. He had great stories to share and insights about the city as we moved about. BTW, he seemed to be as thoughtful and considerate of pedestrians and others along the route as he was to us. On a couple of occasions, he asked the police for permission to park where it was not officially allowed in order to save my partner extra steps. And Rome’s “finest” were equally accommodating of us! Bravo!
