- All tickets are nominative, so the full name and birth date of each guest must be entered correctly at the time of booking. Entry includes an ID check, and copies are accepted.
- Comfortable shoes are recommended
- Bringing Glass objects, Sprays or aerosols, Weapons or sharp objects ,Unaccompanied minors, Oversize luggage and Selfie sticks are forbidden inside of the Colosseum
- Your ticket includes priority access, but waiting times may still be longer during busy periods.
- Large bags and luggage are not permitted, and there is no storage available at the venue.
- The tour runs in all weather conditions, and our guides will make sure the experience remains enjoyable whatever the forecast.
- The entrance ticket fee to the archaeological sites and arena floor is €24 plus a €2 reservation fee. The remaining amount covers licensed guide services, audio devices, booking management, and other included tour amenities.

Great experience. The later admission time at 4:30P allowed for less crowds and I feel more enjoyable. Sandra was excellent and clearly loves what she does!

This smaller group tour was just as expected. The meeting place was convenient and a short walk to the colosseum. Something to note, there are no public restrooms at the meeting point but for a small fee or purchase, you can go a few doors down to the café.

We had car trouble on the day of the tour and were stuck, I called 6 hours before letting them know. There was no customer service trying to help us in any way, they said tough luck, we keep your money, and do nothing for you. $180 of free money they got, great business scheme, kudos.
We went on our own the next day, and I can tell you, there is no need to take a guided tour. The "sunset" after hours marketing of this tour is deceiving, there is nothing exclusive being offered here, general admission is still available at sunset, and you walk right in with your timed ticket, no lines and no problem. There is a one way path you cannot deviate from, you cant get lost. I took another tour of the Vatican museum with this company, and there is no interesting information being shared by the tour guides, just "don't worry, were almost at the top of these stairs, keep moving, good job" and "look to your left, look to your right" generic comments.

Regarding the "sunset," or as we call it a twilight tour, the special access is exclusive, and our guides provide valuable insights about the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums that enhance the experience beyond general admission.

Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our issue was the other people in our tour that kept wandering off, needing bathroom breaks, and refilling water bottles. We were constantly having to wait. Regarding the exhibits it was very hot and very crowded. We originally booked the sunset tour which supposedly has fewer people and less heat but were told by our operator that a change in the Colosseum management said that this was no longer allowed. I don’t believe this was true because I saw plenty of groups at night taking the tour.

You only get into the arena floor. You would get a better view from top IMO. The guide was fine. You then walk by some of the forum. It was a fine tour. We were strapped for time and only had the evening window to go so needed express entry. Probably worth the non-peak price

Our excellent guide Olesea was informative , funny and very knowledgeable. 2.5 hours of value for money. If you get Olesea you won't be disappointed . Highly recommend.

This was a terrific tour, and Jan was an amazing guide. He had breadth and depth of knowledge of the history of the Colosseum and surrounding areas that was truly incredible. On top of that, he was sweet, kind, and patient with our group. My friends and I thought this was a great experience!

Our floor tour tickets were cancelled by the colosseum but the company quickly got us scheduled for a regular tour at the same time. Jan was our guide and was absolutely Fantastic!!! He was so knowledgeable- you could ask anything and he could tell you!

The guide was knowledgeable, patient and passionate. The equipment was poor quality. Alot of static and not loud enough to hear with outside musicians playing.
This would be more accurate as colosseum tour as the forum was a very small part of it and discussed from outside the forum. I realize you couldn't see the forum and colosseum in 2.5 hours but just focus on the colosseum and that would be enough. Also we were getting rushed through as they were closing early.
