First we need to go to the office and pick up our ticket to enter the colleseum. We came on time to the office and waited good 2.5hrs for them to open. Owner takes time and do not care about the specified time of ticket pick up because it is already paid. People like this ahouldn't be in this bussiness. It is like only their time is imporyant never mind others.

Always a must see on any Roman trip but in the midst of a summer heatwave, even a 9am start doesn’t allow for a comfortable visit when there’s minimal shade and high humidity. Our youngest teenager didn’t really cope with the open expanse of the Palatine Hills and Roman Forum.. but did appreciate the Colosseum.. preferable to do it in another season

No such thing as skip the line tickets. You buy a ticket yourself and save $100. Line moves really fast!

The tour operator reached out via what’s app and emailed us our tickets prior to our tour date, this made it very easy and saved us time which made our trip to the colosseum very enjoyable and memorable. Just don’t pay extra for skip the line, when we got there with our tickets, we were told there is no skip the line for the colosseum.

Did. It get to tour the Colosseum due to a medical emergency and there was a transportation strike that day. Viator would not refund us when we reached out to let them know. So very disappointing.

Good visit, although we still had to queue with jump the queue tickets as it was so busy.

reserved great visit to colosseum, etc. received email explaining process and that voucher needed to be exchanged for tickets. ----- late in time, insisted I use app. address to exchange voucher was at a place that had no place. none, none. walked long time to try to find. hot, upset, family was unhappy.

First time using it downloaded app purchased Colosseum tickets. It was a little frustrating that they were sending it to my email and through the app and it wasn’t coming through the tickets, but was able to reach them quickly on the phone and they sent it to my wife via some chat messenger Service Good service

Did not have enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, but enjoyed the Colosseum visit. Staff said I could have used my ticket for the next day, which was nice but we had other plans and did not get to go. Way too much to digest.

The tour area was fascinating. Prior to the tour they wanted you to go to a redemption point to redeem the Viator ticket which was super unnecessary. I contacted them and they were able to download my tickets. Thank you!

Easy to get digital vouchers from vendor. Literally skipped the lines and went right in at our assigned time. This was a much better experience versus doing a tour group. The colosseum is easy to navigate and you can read all the descriptions or download various free walking tours on your phone.

It was easy to use but 96 dollars for 40 dollars worth of tickets to “skip the line” when that line would have only taken 5 minutes is a waste of money in my opinion

The experience overall seeing everything was great. I paid for skip the line tickets, and got sent to three different entrances after asking. If I would have known that would happen, I would have just bought regular tickets. Would not waste my money on skip the line tickets when it isn’t honored.

I booked a ticket for Colosseum , they didn’t sent me the ticket , they told me a address to go to pick up the ticket , was difficult to find it, when I was there it was closed , I was not able to use their ticket , I have to buy a now one .

We ordered tickets the evening before we wanted to go. The tour operator messaged me through WhatsApp and offered to send screenshots to my phone so that we could go directly to the attractions and would not need to go to a ticketing booth - very helpful!

We had an unguided tour but the tour operator was very helpful when I was lost and a bit late. He continually messaged me back and stayed in contact until I found my way to the correct line at the Colosseum. I am grateful and ended up having a wonderful day touring Ancient Rome with my family.

I actually did enjoy the visiy by myself.
However, I dont understand what is included with the 25€ of difference from the regular 18€ ticket and the 43€ I payed. Is the price of the shortcut of the queue at the selling desk?

Awesome experience seeing the Colosseum, the Forum and Palatine Hill! So much history! And so wonderful being able to "skip the line" with these tickets! (Received the tickets ahead of time & was able to print them! This helped TREMENDOUSLY! As we were under time crunch!)

No tour guide. They basically just emailed me the tickets at a marked up price from what you could buy direct from the venue.
Colosseo was worth the visit although a guide to explain things would have been better. Same with the Roman Forum.

Didn't receive the tickets so didn't get to see the colosseum etc - very disappointed - Sharif from With Me Tours said he would meet us at the redemption centre to pick the tickets up biut he had no intention of being there !! He txt me the night before saying he could txt the tickets then we wouldn't need to meet him but I had no idea where to go once near the Colosseum so I left it that we would meet him at the redemption centre. Once we are out and about we do not have the internet - so why didn't he just txt the tickets the night before when I had internet at the hotel. Instead of asking just say here's your tickets and ask somebody at the Colosseum where to go but no we missed the whole experience because he wasn't clear on his intentions !!

My experience was terrible because I had to go to a physical place to pick up my tickets and the agent was not friendly at all. Terrible Terrible terrible! I will not use your services any more. Also, your charges are outrageous compared to the cost at the venue.

You don’t really benefit significantly by having skip the line tickets, the staff at the colosseum are quick to tell you there is no skip the line, and the biggest queue is for the security check which everyone has to queue for anyway. Once you’re past that, the queue to the ticket booths is very small, so you’re not really gaining by having skip the line.
As an experience the colosseum is massively overcrowded to the point you shuffle through large parts of it, and the best bit is when you take the exit and it gets a lot quieter and you can get to the railings and see the tunnels under the colosseum. Overall glad I’ve done it but wouldn’t go again.

Wonderful experiencing seeing the ancient colosseum. This was a self guided tour. The company sent the tickets in advanced so that I just had to arrive at the correct time.

This is not a review of Colosseum which is absolutely great. This a review of tour operator. We paid extra for specific timings which were sold out on official site. Our tickets were 9 AM and 12 hrs before the scheduled time operator sent us the tickets for 11:45. When I questioned, my only options were to take new time or refund. We had to change everything to make 11:45 AM work. This was common feedback already shared in reviews and I ignored it. There is mo value add from the operator. You pay premium for official tickets when they are sold out. Total waste of extra money.
