Best experience with an absolutely amazing crew! Highly recommend this boat tour to anyone visiting. The boat itself was beautiful, the vibe was relaxed and chill, and we captured some incredible pictures along the way. The two Captain Jacks and Faith truly made the ride unforgettable with their energy and hospitality. Swimming in the ocean and then watching the sunset made the whole trip feel magical. Such a perfect way to spend the evening!

Out of all of the crews we could have picked, I’m glad we chose this crew. Although it’s BYOB, it’s perfect for my family who doesn’t care to drink anyways - we had another “open bar” boat who was loading up next to us and it was WAY too many people and it looked over crowded - this crew was small but the journey felt much more intimate and they were all super friendly and I felt safe throughout the whole trip!

The staff did great —Very knowledgeable and made us feel safe and relaxed. Tip - Bring your own cups and ice. I was just passing through and bought the ingredients for my cocktail at the ABC store, but didn’t have a cup or ice to mix it in. Now that I know, it’s no big deal - but an inconvenience at the time. I byob - but wasn’t thinking about cups and ice. (My bad). The trip was nice, but remember to bring your own towels - they aren’t provided with this group. Overall, I loved this trip very much. I’d go back - and next time I’ll be better prepared.

We booked the October 1st, 2025, cruise through Viator. This was a great value. The entire experience was pleasurable, hassle-free, and competently executed by captain and crew from booking to the return to the marina.
The swimming, sailing, photo opportunities, and music made for a wonderful time that rounded out our short stay in Waikiki.

This excursion was perfect to get out on the water, see some beautiful sea life (we brought our own snorkels/masks), enjoy incredible views and meet some friendly people. The crew was also 11/10. Funny, chill, friendly… they wanted to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves and they also brought great attitudes/vibes. My partner and I got some adventure in, some memorable photos, and caught a perfect sunset out on the water. We also brought our own mini cooler with us with drinks and snacks and it was exactly what we needed for the occasion. I would absolutely recommend this for an evening in Waikiki.

We had an awesome time on the BYOB Waikiki Sunset Swim and Diamond Head Sailing tour! The crew were super lively and made sure everyone was having a great time. The captain was especially fun — he kept things safe but also made sure the vibe stayed really relaxed and upbeat. Watching the fireworks from the boat was definitely a highlight!
Just a heads-up: the water can get a little rough, so if you get seasick easily, it might be something to think about. It didn’t bother us at all though, and we would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun and different way to enjoy a Waikiki evening!

What a fun time! Wow! Crew was incredible. Kept us laughing the entire time, not to mention the amazing sail and swim. We saw dolphins and turtles. A rainbow and impeccable sunset. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Perfect ending to our trip.

I had such a great time on this sail, I did it again the following night. The crew is friendly and fantastic. They were a pleasure to get to know and talk to. Also very entertaining. I chose to do this on my solo trip to Oahu. It was just what I needed. Very relaxing.

Very upset that they cancelled on us literally about an hour before. It was my son’s 6th birthday and we waited in Waikiki all day just cause this was all he wanted to do. We were told it was because of strong winds… but all of the sail boats were out on the water, it never showed canceled on Viator. (My husband believes we were told no so they could sell our seats at a higher price to others. They withdrew the full amount from my account and I still haven’t received a refund, it’s been some days.

Unfortunately, high surf conditions were building throughout the day, prompting our decision to prioritize guest safety. Unfortunately, decisions to cancel due to high surf need to be made on short notice because we have to observe the water conditions on a minute by minute basis to see if it is safe or not. In this situation the harbor channel was closed out with breaking waves making it dangerous to exit and safely re-enter.
Our records confirm that you were indeed scheduled for the tour, and we processed a full refund on our end promptly at 2:41 PM on June 10th. Please note that while we have initiated the refund, processing times can vary on Viator’s end, and it may take a few additional days for the funds to reflect in your account.
We would like to reassure you that we would never cancel reservations to accommodate higher-paying guests. We have ample space onboard for all guests, and our pricing remains consistent across all concierge platforms.
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend checking directly with Viator or your bank for the most up-to-date information. Rest assured, we have taken the necessary steps to ensure that you were refunded promptly upon cancellation.
