I booked this excursion for my husband’s birthday, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to Oahu. I’ll admit, I was absolutely terrified. I’m claustrophobic, and the thought of being underwater had my anxiety through the roof. The entire team was beyond patient, kind, and encouraging. They never rushed me, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel completely safe every step of the way. I had a diver with me one-on-one the entire time underwater, and that made all the difference. Thanks to their incredible support, I was able to overcome a fear I never thought I’d conquer. The experience itself was unforgettable, and the crew made it even more special. They captured amazing photos and videos of our adventure, and the pricing was very reasonable—something we’re so grateful to have as a lasting memory. From start to finish, the staff was professional, caring, and genuinely wanted everyone to have an amazing experience. If you’re visiting Oahu, I cannot recommend this adventure enough. Second time back and the show was just as wonderful as the first time. Chief is absolutely hysterical and mixes his comedy with stories about the culture. The performances are amazing and the food is incredible! I 1000% recommend chief and his o’hana!

It was a bit strenuous getting there, but even though we are no longer young we made it. The views were amazing and we'll worth the climb. The tunnel can be a little claustrophobic, and there was a wait getting to the very top because of people taking pictures, but overall was a great activity. The tour bus operator was great!

The Pearl Harbor experience is a must! Our tour guide was awesome. On the drive over, she told us interesting facts about Pearl Harbor and also other places along the way! She was very informative and witty. The Pearl Harbor tour was a lot, just understanding what happened prior to, during and after the attack! So much to take in and process, but it a must!!

Beautiful scenery! The last quarter of the hike is pretty steep. Juni our tour guide provided hiking poles. Highly recommend taking them as it is slippery throughout the trail. He allowed the group to both stay together and also staggered so that the slower folks like me could still enjoy. Lunch had a beautiful view at the second stop.

Great time, beautiful view walking stick helped a lot as the rocks were slick and kind of muddy. The falls at the top were beautiful . I read that it was an easy hike, but I’ve been on hikes that are easy through the woods and in the forest and with these slick rocks and tall stairs I would’ve called it at least moderate.

Wow, this was so incredibly beautiful and fun. The guides were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and knew their way around. The hike was peaceful and beautiful. Definitely wear water shoes, as the hike is full of wading through the river stream, and the waterfall at the end is definitely worth getting in! Wear a swim suit and enjoy the experience. Highly, highly recommend!

Makai was everything I love in a guide- clearly knowledgeable, stopped enough to see the sights but not so much to disrupt the flow, patient with my mother and her hip replacement. It had been rainy so the walk was slick but not impossible (makai provided walking sticks also, so thoughtful!) and the waterfall flow was perfect. Just what we hoped for!
