So much fun!! Great day with Johnny Cage who is an amazing tour guide. Learned so much and saw so much! Even got to swim at exclusive Turtle Bay resort. Very patient with my mother who is 94 years of age. Highly recommend this tour!!

Johnny was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the island. Gave great recommendations, especially for great restaurants to try! The tour provided an excellent opportunity to view many different portions of the island and was a great opportunity to see other parts of Ohua other than Waikiki. The tour stopped at or drove by many recommended locations. There were many opportunities for excellent pictures and delicious snacks!

Great way to see so many sights! They had all the places listed and got to the stops before everyone else.
Lunch was great! About $20 per person (additional charge) at a little side of the road place. Definitely would of eaten there again!

The trip itself was wonderful. Daniel, our guide, was exceptional. The tour was great with several stops. However, booking with Viator was a nightmare. They add said that the pickup would be a 5 to 10 walk from our hotel, which was in their list of pickup spots. The day before we got a text that our spot was a 40 minute walk away. I tried texting back and calling with no response. At 3 am they finally texted me with a new pick-up spot. I would recommend this experience but there are so many companies that do this tour that I would not choose Viator to book through.

The tour was good and our driver, Johnny Cage was great but there was a lot of delays on our route because of utility work. My lunch was awful. I had the garlic-butter shrimp but the shells were still on so I had to shell each shrimp, which was very messy. And then, to top it off, our bus lost the radiator cap and radiator fluid so we had to wait for someone to bring us antifreeze and a new cap which delayed our return by another hour. Overall, we were not all that pleased.

Both pickup and drop off were supposed to be at my hotel, neither were. This was a selling point for picking this tour. Had to walk to another hotel..... Th guide was nice but talked way too much. There are better circle island tours.

We were left stranded at the hotel as the driver went to another location. However, we were picked up and taken to meet the bus and continue the tour. The tour starts early but their offices do not open as early, so it took us a while to find someone who could help when we realised we were left behind.
The sights were lovely and our driver was very nice and kind.

The bus was full but still had a blast! The kids enjoyed the off n on stops and adults got to enjoy views without driving! The lunch stop was ok, food good but we took to the beach to eat and there was no where to sit! Some stops aren’t long enough!

We had such a great time on the Oahu island tour with Jhonny! He was super entertaining, kept us laughing the whole day, and really knew his stuff. The stops were beautiful, and he made the whole experience feel personal and fun. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Well we where expecting John- we got Henry-
Henry doesn’t really narrate and when he does it’s really feels like he not a big fan of women.
The shrimp lunch place is a bust and then five mins later drop off at turtle bay - have to pay for chairs- and if you are smart have lunch there not the shrimp place. At the shrimp place is an actual carver on site-good place to support local works and small business. We don’t really get out at the temple- nor do we stop at the Polynesian center that actually has several places to eat and shopping would’ve been nice. Do yourself a favor and get on a regular bus and go see the north shore- misleading is the entrances to the Diamond crater- only way to get to it is to hike - and few other ‘enrty fees’. A few times several of thought Henry was falling asleep- better tours do those

Trying to go on this "Fun" tour ruined this first day in Hawaii and left a lingering bad taste for the trip. Our mistake was to arrive on a ship that was 20 minutes late. By the time we got off it was too late to get to the meeting site on time. We messaged the tour our situation. We were told to meet a their next pick-up location 15 minutes later. We said we would try but might be up to 15 minutes late. So, after a frantic dash through heavy traffic in a Uber priority, we arrived 5 minutes late and the tour had left. To add insult to injury the tour operator refused to refund our fees. He said it was our fault for not getting there and we were lying about being only 5 minutes late.
So this operator cares little about accommodating cruise ship passengers and apparently can fill his van with people staying in hotels. Unless you want to gamble with having a very stressful and odious experience, any other tour would be a better choice.

Today (15 Feb 2025) is my birthday. A milestone birthday. I booked this tour to celebrate. I received a ticket indicating that I should be ready at 7:30am. It is now 9:10am and no one has showed. This is abysmal service. There has been no answer to the phone number provided. There has been no response to WhatsApp calls or messages. I have been trying to get through since 7:15am to confirm that the trip was still on. Zero stard need to be an option. Avoid like the plague.

Definitely the best tour we’ve ever been on. Johnny engaged with everyone and fostered great camaraderie within the bus with great local info, jokes and quizzes. Wish I’d taken the tour on the first day of our Hawaiian holidays. PS Johnny takes great photos for you.

We had an amazing tour guidedriver. Johnny was the best guide we have ever had. He was organized and very entertaining as he was safely driving us to the top beaches, sites, and attractions.
We even learned some Hawaiian words and life lessons for the teenagers on the tour.
Johnny played a trivia game to get everyone interacting and he had everyone’s name and home location on a list so he would use our names/states as he talked & drove. He had a menu that was passed around to get our food orders, then as the group was exploring at a stop, he called the food orders in ahead so our food was ready when we arrived. No waiting time in line!!! He also gave us tips for each stop to let us know where the restrooms were and location of favorite items to taste & see. Truly a gem. We will never forget our Circle Oahu tour with Johnny.

I would give it 0 stars if possible, since we didn't get to go on the trip. Even though we confirmed our pickup place a couple of days before the tour and arrived 20 minutes early, we were never picked up. It took almost an hour to get a response to our email, texts, and phone calls. We were then told they weren't sure if there were any extra seats (even though we'd reserved them weeks before!). When they finally got a response from one of the bus drivers, they were well on their way on the tour and too late for us to do unless we wanted to miss part of it. Since this is what we had planned for the whole day, we were now faced with additional expense and loss of time in trying to figure out what to do instead. This was VERY disappointing, since we had been looking forward to it.
