The trolley had poor audio and was very crowded. Too much talk about food/restaurants. Driver friendly and safe.

I booked tickets on Green Line through Viator on Sunday July 27. When we got on at the Prince William stop, the driver asked where to. We said Diamond Head Crater. He told us that this was the last run and was not going to go there, but we could go as far as Waikiki, or go the next day. We were booked to fly home on Monday the 28th. We hopped off at the next stop, which was near our hotel, the Grand Waikikian. I said that was a waist of $31.50. The driver suggested that I contact their dispatch to ask for a refund. They said contact Viator, which I did. No response.

My family and I are staying on Waikiki Beach. We walked everywhere and asked where the green trolley stops and to make matters worse when we were ready to go at about 5 PM. There were no more green trolleys only the orange trolley. But the time is put incorrectly on the advertisement. It says it runs from 12 AM to 11 PM that is false advertisement. The green trolley does not run the entire afternoon. It stops at about 5 PM. I demand a refund since my family and I could not go on the trolley and I paid full price, I asked for a refund and they said that they would not give me a refund so my family is a family of 5 and I am out of $100 so they stole my money Terrible will never use Viator again.

The green line trolly isn’t a very convenient way to get around town. Pick up spots are hard to find and wait times can be up to an hour (depending on if you just missed the last one - which you have no way of knowing).

Before you book this tour please make sure that you have already bought the admission tickets to the trail itself. They are sold separately. Quite often the admission tickets are sold out and without them this tour is useless. Viator won't refund your money they will just send you to E Noa Tours and they will tell you that they don't have your reservation

Chuck our driver was amazing. Then greenline trolley was late due to horrible traffic, but Chuck's knowledge and positive energy made up for all the waiting 👏🏾 Great tour to Diamond Head

Dino was our driver/guide on the blue line. Great trip with a couple of stops for photographs. He was very knowledgeable about the Island and humorous. It was a bit difficult to hear with wind noise. Bench seats facing out the windows made for a more pleasant viewing experience. Highly recommended and worth the money.

The tour guide was very informative and accommodating. Great personality. I was travelling solo and he offered to take pics of me. Too bad I forgot his name. I would've liked more instructions on where exactly to get the trolley. Was told Ikiliaka hotel, didnt see any signs posted. Almost missed it. Thanks again to the driver...think his name is Jerry?

Directions for n where to catch the trolley from the Hale Koa were a bit confusing. That trolley stop is down on the right on Kalia road. It is not the bus stop between Hilton and Hale Koa. Besides that it is a nice trolley! I will definitely consider trolley and bus system my next trip. Will pay for the full line not just green line.

We had a wonderful time. We picked the last tour of the day. The trade winds were blowing the the driver was entertaining and affable. We just hit a great time. It was perfect.
