Customize your visit to New York City’s One World Observatory by choosing between four different options when booking.
Choose a Standard Experience admission ticket with your preferred entry time to skip the ticket-purchasing lines.
Upgrade to Combo Experience admission ticket that also allows you to select your entry time, but, as well as bypassing the ticket lines, you’ll also skip all the other lines thanks to your priority-lane access for security and both elevators. This option includes the One World Explorer iPad experience and a $5 voucher for the cafe, bar, restaurant, or gift shop.

We got the all inclusive package. It was about $10 less than buying directly. We had priority line and security both going up and down. We went on Friday and during the day so less important. But makes sense if you are going in evening or weekend. The included iPad was nice. You can use it to see what you are looking at and tap on building to learn more about it. If you don’t have it, there are some QR codes to learn some stories and there is an hourly short talk about nyc at South marker. I thought the talk was good. I grew up in nyc and still learned rid bits. The view was great. We had a crystal clear day and could see for miles in every direction. The $15 pp credit could be combined so we got a $30 hat for my husband. You can also use credit at restaurant/cafe. This is definitely one of the best places to see the whole city plus status of liberty etc. liked that they didn’t try to sell you on photos. it’s expensive but similar to other cities that have this. It’s close to the oculus, Brookfield mall, and the riverside.

A great experience - well worth the ticket cost and a fantastic way to see the city from multiple angles!
I would possibly book closer to the day you intend to visit - I almost booked weeks out but then sat there was generally good next day availability. Luckily I did wait as the two days either side of our experience were super foggy and we wouldn't have been able to see a thing. Waiting to book (the day before) meant I was able to check the weather was going to be ok and there were a range of times available throughout the day.

Do it at night! So special and beautiful to see everything lit up & wasn’t so busy. Being indoors as well, it wasn’t as scary as other buildings!

The staf were professional and courteous. It was not crowded. We are able to enjoy the space and views. The Sky Point presentation was well done by Melanie. Refreshments were abit expensive. But overall a wonderful experience.

Amazing views of the city and the building and water. I was able to see the statue of liberty too, it was tiny but you can still make it out!

Super fun, no lines we got right in and enjoyed the views from the top for about an hour. Purchased the photo they took and really enjoyed the "reveal" of the view. Very crowded to get back down though but line moved fast.

Got to the observatory with zero visibility. After about an hour, the fog was mysteriously lifted. It was a magical experience!!!
