- Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
- Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
- Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
- There is no storage for person items. Large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted.
- All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket. Any late arrival is subject to availability and possibly a fee

Amazing experience from start to finish with sensational views of New York City. From the lift journey, the design of the mirrored floors and ceiling, the brilliant ball room, the glass bottom cube and all finished outside on the observation deck. Brilliant and ‘high’ly recommend.

I was looking forward to experiencing the summit as I was on a solo birthday trip and wanted to get some great shots of the city but I was stopped by a worker who told me trip-pods or camera equipment are not allowed so it definitely made the exhibit uncomfortable for me as I was alone and had to ask strangers to take pictures of me which they in fact came out horrible but hey other than that the views were absolutely stunning !

This is a great way to see New York from one of the highest points. We opted for a night time view to get pictures of the lights over the city. Amazing views with interactive rooms to explore. Well worth the money.

We pre booked and arrived just before 8pm on the 7th May, which was my birthday, to be told the venue was closed for a private party. Emily and Richard advised us that there was nothing they could do and we would have to contact Viator for a refund. Richard was extremely rude and disrespectful to us, he really should not be working in customer service.

Visual treat of deception. Great views of Empire State Building, Central Park and NYC. Loved the main room with all the mirrors, when look down it’s like your looking at yourself on the floor below. Loved silver ball room. Litttle surprise at the end.

It was a beautiful, unique, and worthwhile experience. However, the overcrowding made it difficult to fully enjoy.
The silver balloon room was so crowded that we did not want to stay, especially with children kicking and popping balloons. The Unity room also closed abruptly without explanation, so we missed part of the experience we paid for. In addition, some of the exhibit staff were not very friendly, which added to the frustration.
Overall, I enjoyed the concept and would still recommend it, but I hope guest spacing and staff interaction can be improved.

This is very cool but unless you stay for drinks we were done in a little less than an hour and that was by no means rushing thru it. Also recommend going at sunset or night. Would go again on a beautiful summer night. Fun but a pricey hour if you have a big group.

Loved the experience but it’s very hot! Aircon in the mirrored rooms would be a bonus. Can become very full in the most popular areas making it difficult to get photos. Overall great time had.

I bought this experience for my parents for my mom’s birthday. She said she had fun! She says that there didn’t have to be as “dramatic” as it was. Too many flashing lights etc when you first walk in and on the elevator. She says “I just wanted to get up to the floor to see the view!”. That being said she still has a great time and would recommend to others.

You will be only be permitted to go at your time of your ticket 30 minutes night time seem more romantic for a date night experience if your looking for that it was a great experience over all I enjoyed myself take pictures
