Views are awesome a must visit while in New York. It's my second time visiting the observation deck and I was amazed each time.

    Response from Host, Aug 2025

Thank you for your amazing feedback! We're honored that you chose to visit us again and that the views continue to impress. It means a lot to hear that our observation deck is a must-visit in New York for you. We look forward to welcoming you back for a third time! Sincerely The Team at One World Observatory

    Worth the views!

    Rene_G, May 2025
Great views, the iPad unfortunately does not work properly, just avoid it. Last but not least you would expect a modern lift to be more up to standards! Do not really understand why passengers have to feel the pressure in 2025

    Go at noon

    Kristin_F, Apr 2025
Highly recommend you go at 12 in the afternoon, you dont need to use the priority line because there is literally no line. This is my third time coming here and it’s just as amazing as the first time.

    Well worth it.

    Geoffrey_S, Mar 2025
A brilliant experience. What a view. Truly breathtaking with a iPad to explain all compass points and buildings in view.

    unnecessary

    Sue_N, Jan 2025
I bought the Skip-the-Line combo ticket. When we got there, no lines existed, It wasn't worth the extra money

    Don’t rush it!

    David_E, Jan 2025
The experience seemed a little rushed, most people wanted to kind of push through. All in all, I loved the views

    A good day out (eventually!)

    Richard_H, Dec 2024
We had some difficulties on the first night; the observatory was closed due to high winds. We managed to have the tickets changed for the next day in the end and it turned out well after all, especially due to much clearer skies

    Not worth the money!!!

    tamyra_w, Dec 2024
This is so stupid and pointless and cost so much money and not even worth it. Definitely will never be back.

    Excellent

    Aisha_A, Oct 2024
It’s was very nice and I do enjoy the sky view and have much Fanny, much appreciated and I would like to come next time with my kids too.

    Breathtaking

    Washington World Observatory

    Wendell_H, Oct 2024
Our visit to the Washington World Observatory was a fantastic experience! The elevator ride up was incredibly cool—fast and smooth—and set the tone for the adventure. Once at the top, the 360-degree views were absolutely breathtaking. Being able to see so far in every direction really highlighted the beauty and vastness of the area. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience in the city!

    A little underwhelmed 👎🏻

    Simon_E, Oct 2024
Was ok, the building itself is impressive, the lift ride up pretty cool, the bit when they reveal the sky line is good but overall because you’re inside and behind glass you kinda miss the actual feel of the height etc… I’ve done empire state and top of the rock and I personally think they’re better as you’re outside and feels more exciting and you get more of a feel…but that’s just my opinion… I’m glad I did it BUT I wouldn’t do it again

    Great family view

    Donald_R, Sep 2024
Probably the best view I have seen during my entire time in New York! It was absolutely fantastic and fun! I would recommend going to the 9/11 memorial first and then go up to the 102nd floor of the One World Observatory.

    A very breathtaking experience

    Alexa_j, Sep 2024
Just being able to see the skyline was beautiful. We took the the 6:30 pm slot so we got to see the skyline when it's still light outside and in the night. I will say that I had to go the guards a few time since I didn't know which line I should be getting on as far as when we first got to the observatory.

    Amazing Experience with Breathtaking Views!

    Rani_M, Aug 2024
Our visit to One World Observatory was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we entered the building, the experience was seamless and well-organized. The elevator ride itself is an attraction, offering a fascinating time-lapse view of NYC’s skyline evolution. Once at the top, the 360-degree panoramic views of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and even New Jersey were absolutely stunning. We could see the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, and more in one glance. The interactive displays and guides added depth to the experience, giving us insight into the city’s history and landmarks. The observatory wasn’t overcrowded, so we had plenty of time to soak in the views and take pictures. We also appreciated the Sky Portal – a fun and slightly thrilling feature that gives you a peek of the streets below your feet. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with any questions. This is a must-visit attraction for both tourists and locals! It’s an unforgettable way to take in the grandeur of New York City from above. Highly recommended!

    Sad but good

    Elizabeth_M, Aug 2024
The lobby officers were helpful on a bad weather day in making recommendations. So we walked around for few hours outside and at museum before going on Up .

    Quick experience

    Jake_S, Aug 2024
A cool experience, but definitely a little overpriced for the duration of the ticket. I would recommend other activities if pressed for time.

    Memorable family time.

    Taiessia_C, May 2024
The views were amazing. Getting to the 102nd floor was Ha ha moment. I feel there were little instructions on what to expect. I would do this again during the sunset and at night.

    Awesome

    john_l, Apr 2024
Great experience. Hardly any wait time and the views of the skyline were outstanding (lucky to get a clear day).

    Beautiful views

    Kenneth_L, Dec 2023
Amazing day to view NYC and only way to go is the skip the line! Sunny and clear day with expedited access is the best!

The incredibly spectacular 360 degree view and looking “Down” on the Empire State Building! The 46 second ride from ground level to the top!

Great time seeing the City! Beautiful views! No line, no wait! Ate lunch overlooking the city skyline! FOOD was WONDERFUL!!!!

    Cool

    Peter_L, Jun 2022
The view and the elevator going up and down. Park around with 9/11 memorial is a must see as well. No lines so ticket for cut the line unnecessary!

    Never Made It

    Melissa_A, Apr 2022
I didn’t go because jet blue canceled my flight. I rated one stars because this ticket was non-refundable, which is not fair especially in unforeseen circumstances.

    Response from Host, May 2022
