Great

I loved every moment of this experience! My mom did not so much. She doesn't like heights but had heard there was a gift shop. So she was going to just wait for me there. Unfortunately the workers told her she had to go up and that she wouldn't see anything when she came off the elevator. To a point they were correct you come out into a room but there are windows every where. She found a little nook with a bench she could sit in and wait for me.

Excellent. You have to go!

Exceeded expectations in every way. Boat was beautiful, easily go from inside to outside whenever the mood struck. Our guide was a pleasure to listen to. We went at 1:30 so ordered food for lunch. Had the cheese plate and the hummus with veggies. Again, the food exceeded expectations, was delicious. I’m recommending to everyone I know, and we will definitely go again.

beautiful boat!!

very great experience not too crowded at all and the boat was beautiful. It’s hard to decide whether a later time would’ve sufficed, but the sunset was so nice and we didn’t get to catch too much of the night, but it was still so worth it also a tip pay upfront to secure your seat.

Incorrect Meeting Point Location.

Visitor App meeting location is incorrect! The meeting point graphic displays Pier 60, however the written description reads Pier 62. Our Uber driver dropped us at Pier 60 so we had to become “Pier Runners” and sprint to Pier 62 and barely made the cruise. The ticket personnel had to personally run us down the dock, instructing the onboard team via radio to hold the ship for us!!!

Singing in the rain !!

The weather was less than ideal … rainy and windy for most of the sail …. But crew kept up our spirits and made it a lot of fun !! Staff was very attentive and handed out ponchos and drinks ! They laughed and joked and showed us the sights ! Thank you crew !!! We had a lot of fun and will come back in better weather !!

Great to see things when driving isn’t optimal

This cruise was amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable. She was fun and factual. The views were so good, great picture opportunities, just be prepared for wind (crazy hair), they left on time, we had plenty of time to take multiple photos at different stages. We had wonderful weather. Take sunscreen of setting on upper deck, we did get burned. They had snacks and beverages for sale. We wanted to do this to see the bridges and Our Lady Liberty things that if you are driving over you really can’t see well. And it was an enjoyable experience for our family.

Perfect storm

Our trip was cancelled because of a storm, but the cancellation was dealt with perfectly. We were notified as soon as they knew it was happening, we were offered rebookings the next day, and when that didn't work for us they gave is a refund immediately. We shall definitely be booking again. Hopefully with no storms this time

Great trip

well organised from the start, we were very lucky with the weather, Glorious sunshine, so sat outside for the whole trip. Friendly and efficient staff, the guide was both informative and humorous, Great way to see all around the island, and we got close to the Statue of Liberty for photos. The boat was turned around so that everyone got a good view of the statue. We would certainly recommend this trip, there were a number of younger children on the trip so it should appeal to all ages.

Best city cruise ever !

The city cruise was a great experience, to the wonderful staff, the delicious food, the ambiance and the views of New York City this was a cruise I needed and it restored so much Life and light back into my life! I was on a solo trip for my 37th birthday and the staff and the guest on the cruise made me feel so special thank you for your service I will definitely be back ❤️
