The Best Niagara Falls Tour!

We had an amazing experience on this Niagara Falls tour. We had Marni as our guide, and she baffled us with her knowledge! This tour was a perfect blend of history about the falls and getting to experience them first-hand. We started with a walk along the park, then went down into the tunnels. I have to say, being down in the caves and behind the falls was visceral and intense! We could almost reach out and touch the water, it was so close. Finally, we all boarded the boat for a trip into the mist. Marni helped us get positioned for great spots in the boat. We drifted into the horseshoe falls, and got pelted with water. It was truly amazing. I’d highly recommend this tour for any group - and don’t forget to ask for Marni!

It’s not a mist! lol

I thought the boat ride would be nice and peaceful with a little mist from the falls. Nope. Imagine one of those movie scenes where the ship is caught in the worst storm ever with just sheets of water hitting it. Plan to get very wet and to finish your day with wet socks and shoes.. It was a hot day so the water was welcome. Glad we did it though. It’s just more intense than you might expect. Toronto to niagara

We travelled from Toronto to Niagara, our ride to and from was uneventful, and it took about 1.5 a 2 hours each way. These parts were purely transportation so if you need a nap this is a great time for it! We got dropped off at the tower, and waited there for our tour guide Karan. He took us to the tower, falls, and the boa. Even though he did not accompany us on the actual experience, between the stops he would give great information about Niagara as well as tips about how to best enjoy each experience, like where to stand, what to look out for, etc, which was great. He even managed to squeeze in an unscheduled stop for us to view the whirlpool. I think 2 other things that may be useful for others to know is that there are places and enough time between experiences to pick up a quick (albeit expensive) bite, and with the boat tour you should expect your face and shoes to get wet unless you’re on the bottom deck towards the inside (we had water shoes in a backpack ready to switch in and out of). Overall a highly enjoyable experience and as others mentioned, a great time saver to skip some of the lines!

Great experience but not for middle seat passengers in the back

A great experience, quiet cabin, smooth ride and beautiful views, but if you're in the middle in the back seat, than it is not worth it. I think they should charge less for people who are not next to the window or for a person who is not in the front of the cabin. The business is run very professionally and the stuff is super friendly, I just recommend to sit in the front of the helicopter or at least near the left or the right rear doors.
