Traveled to NY for my 40th, dope experience! We enjoyed everything about The Edge, the views were dope to see! There was a DJ & everything.
Jeneen_C, Aug 2026
Wonderful experience, great photos, the views were amazing and the staff was very kind.
Wish the clear bottom floor was over traffic or people walking instead of another part of the building though.

The edge was so crowded you could hardly get a minute near the glass wall b4 someone nudged you away. The glass floor was so small. The glass floor was constantly covered with people.
In videos I saw the elevator walls playing video of the outside of the building and I was looking forward to the ride. When I got on the elevator I was disappointed to see a digital video resembling a city but all neon and futuristic was playing such a letdown.
I would say go during off hours or dont go at all clearly the owners will sell tickets until the firemarshal tells them to stop.

Epic photo shoot capturing key features across the city. Unique settings you won’t find anywhere else. Great backdrop no matter the weather. Good family atmosphere.

It’s fun and a little scary. I loved being able to see the city from the 100th floor. Looking down from the glass on the bottom of the floor was amazing.

I actually found that going at night was better for lights views photographs. I also went during the day as well but I liked the evening better.

The shopping mall underneath the edge is worth spending a few hours in either before or after the Edge experience. Lots of good eateries too. I had Sushi. Once up on the 104st floor it's amazing. The views are spectacular. I plucked up courage to lie down on the glass walkway and had my photo taken. Once you've taken all your photos etc there is nothing in my opinion to keep you there. Maybe some new attractions need to be added.

It was a great experience. Everything was neat or organized. I love the photo ops and the edge was a wonderful way to see the city.

Not allowed onto deck and visit doesn’t give us any happy feel. Wasted 250$ money by visiting this place
Daun_K, Jul 2026
If it storms take the refund. Once you got to the top floor we could not go outside due to a storm. They stated there is so much to see so we took that option as we traveled over 12 hours to spend the weekend in New York and this was on the bucket list. But once you for in the room there was so many people you could not get Ben find a spot to look outside without someone pushing on you. Just very chaotic.

Fantastic views of the city. Not for those afraid of heights. Loved the views from the different points. Kaleidoscope was great fun.

Spectacular views! We couldn’t have asked for a better day. The weather was beautiful, the views were spectacular and the vibe was right on point. A bar , good customer service and great company!

Great experience and Viator provided some savings in the ticket which was worth it! Worth the experience and great way to see NYC skyline

Our overall experience was a positive one; however, if you book the last appointments of the day, you may find that some of the employees are eager to shut things down well before 10:00 P.M. and begin demanding that visitors exit the area.

I suffer with motion and BPPV, so the lift going up was an eyes closed situation for me - there is a warning displayed.
Very well organised and our ticket gave us a glass of champagne - great bar staff, very funny.
We chose a sunset visit, and it was very busy - you could still get photos of the city, and time on the glass floor if your stomach allowed.
There was music playing and a lovely vibe.
The sun setting changed the buildings colour and the view was spectacular, absolutely stunning sunset.
Bar is a little pricey, but how often do you do it?
Lovely experience and we recommend it.

Nothing special and definitely not worth the cost. Website advertises the visit takes approximately 1 hour, 30 minutes. At best it takes about 15-20 minutes and that’s a stretch. The view was nice, but at $53+ each, the value is not worth it. There is absolutely nothing to do except take a couple pictures and leave.
Diana_A, May 2026
Easy to purchase the tickets and secure website I had not issued at all. They remind when is coming the event
Julie_S, May 2026

Ibrahim_A, May 2026
It was amazing experience, nothing to do really except enjoying the view and taking pictures, also you can challenge yourself by walking in the glass , the shop is versatile too
Kellen_N, May 2026
Excellent program, the views are amazing. I highly recommend! There is plenty of space so you can admire NYC and not feel rushed or in a crowded place.
Paula_C, May 2026
The edge experience gives a unique view of NYC. Such beautiful views and just an overall fun experience!!
Susan_M, Apr 2026
In April there were no queues and not too many people on the observation deck. One of the best places to see the skyline as well as visiting the Hudson Yards and the nearby Chelsea Highline
Cindy_S, Apr 2026
I traveled to NYC with my fellow Travel Business Owners to experience the best of NYC and the Edge Observation Deck did not disappoint. The views are some of the best we experienced and the staff was super friendly. We were truly on top of the world in every way. This Observation Deck is a "must visit" attraction.
Arthur_S, Apr 2026
It's a fun experience from the elevator ride to the observation decks. Even though it was bad weather, & low visibility they enjoyed what they could see.
