I wish they refunded us or told us we can come back another time due to the weather and not being able to see the view . Instead of only giving us 20%off food and merchandise. Very disappointed we didn’t get to see any views

Probably one of the best views in NY. Great atmosphere at night. Although wasn't particularly busy when we went but still very handy to get the lift straight away and not que. Staff are very friendly. It wasn't explained how we claimed our drink that was included we had to ask for it and make sure you get it as the drinks are stupid prices!

The weather is a big decision maker of this experience. I think Viator should give you a cancellation option . As it’s an all weather experience but you only see New York if the weather is good. Most people only have set times in New York & if the visibility is poor you do not get the full experience.
It was ok but I’m sure if the weather was good it would have been amazing.

Do the VIP ticket to beat the line. Views from the Edge out & beyond & below are eye watering as the Sun sets across NY City.
We did the Pinkmas, glass of champagne included but suggest this is separated from the ordinary tkt holders buying food as took away the VIP vibe. Recommended by us four.

You need to compare yourself to the competition when setting your prices! For the same amount, we did The Summit; we spent two hours there, there are plenty of activities included, and they are truly interesting. Here, you go up to the observation deck, the view is really nice, and that’s it. This took us 30 minutes, including the bleachers, and especially the pointless walk through a corridor of rubber bananas and fur cones. What’s the point?
Moreover, during our visit we couldn’t see the glass floor because it was raining. Someone was monitoring to make sure we didn’t walk on the glass once it became slippery. Okay, that’s fine, but you could at least run a squeegee over it every five minutes so we can actually see the main attraction!!!??? Very disappointed.
