9/11 memorial a moving experience
Whilst the memorial and museum are very well presented, visitors and especially those that can remember the e events of 9/11 will find it a very poignant and moving experience. This is a place I have always wanted to visit in order to pay my respects and to see the exhibits up close and to hear the stories was a moving experience.

Relaxing views of NYC at sunset.
It was easy to get to the pier. Super easy to get my ticket redeemed and the guide was fun and knowledgeable. I wish I had a bigger budget, because I thought the price for the spirit drinks were a bit high. All employees were nice and polite. I had questions before the trip and the chat service was outstanding.; polite, fast and knowledgeable. The tour was well timed and great pictures were taken. I loved that I had a choice to sit indoors or outdoors. You guys should offer over the counter medicine to help guest that suffer of motion sickness. I had extra meds, so I was able to help a person visiting from Spain. She was very grateful. Good Job Viator!

Lady Liberty Tour Unchained
May we suggest the travelers download the metro system it does make things easier to get around. However; all the people we spoke with, helped us to find the castle. Our experience once we started the tour with guide Dan, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, good sense of humor & kept the tour team engaged & well informed. We would highly recommend this tour. If you get Dan as your guide you will be very fortunate. Shout out to Xavier as he maintained the operations changes with professionalism, positvity and calmness. Thanks for a great tour of the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island.

Incredible Views from the 86th and 102nd Floors
We had a great experience visiting the Empire State Building and would definitely recommend adding the 102nd-floor upgrade. We booked the Express Pass for a Saturday morning around 9:00 a.m., and honestly, the crowds were light enough that we didn’t really need it. However, I can see the value for visitors who like to linger longer at each exhibit or are visiting during busier times. The views from both the 86th and 102nd floors were incredible and gave us a unique perspective of New York City. Everything was well organized, the staff were friendly, and the experience felt smooth from start to finish. Overall, it was a memorable visit and one of the highlights of our trip.

Tours from the Big Apple typically include expert guides, admission tickets, and sometimes meals or tastings. They say New York never sleeps, and these day trips leave plenty of time to enjoy a nightcap back in the city.
