Fabulous way to see New York City!

Best part of our trip! I cannot recommend taking this luxury boat tour enough! First of all Mike, the boat owner and our captain the day we were on board, is a great guy. He was so patient with helping my elderly parents get on and off the boat. He gave a great deal of interesting information, but didn't overtalk like some folks do on tours. He made sure all along the way that we were having a great te and took pics of us at all the best spots to grabs pics. He answered all my silly questions and was just lovely. Seeing Lady Liberty from the Hudson is so moving. Totally worth the cost to do this instead of the larger boats.

Perfect for seeing Central Park + teenage photo shoots

This was a great way to see Central Park. The hour tour is plenty of time with teens and preteens to see all the main stops and get lots of Instagram photos! Our guides were great and definitely played to their crowd ensuring we saw key sights from self, Gossip Girl and Jesse. After being on our feet all day it was a nice break from walking.

Our horseback carriage ride through Central Park was an unforgettable highlight of our trip. The 45-minute experience was absolutely worth it - peaceful, scenic, and full of charm as we rolled through one of New York City’s most iconic settings. What made it truly special was the chance to connect with our horse, Stephanie. Being able to feed her some of her favorite treats—fresh carrots - added such a personal and heartwarming touch to the ride. Our guide, Omer, was exceptional. His deep knowledge of the park and the surrounding neighborhood brought the entire experience to life, sharing insights and stories that made us appreciate the beauty and history even more. From start to finish, it was relaxing, engaging, and something we’ll remember for a long time. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the city in a unique and meaningful way.

Nothing like a clip-clop through Central Park

Fred was fantastic. We got a great historical overview of the area and he pointed out several spots from famous film scenes. There's nothing like a carriage ride through Central Park, even in the freezing cold – and my god it was cold – and nobody better than Fred to conduct it. Highly recommend!

Heartfelt 9/11 Ground Zero review

This tour gave us so many more information than if we had done a self-guided tour. Sergio was our guide and his heartfelt passion to share the 9/11 story was evident. Even after telling the stories many times you can tell he was still touched by them himself. My favorite thing was the memorial American Express built for their 11 employees who perished that day. We would have never found that on our own.

Exceptionally Powerful!!!

Not only is this tour informative but it is incredibly powerful! Rob, the best tour guide ever, was a media photographer during that awful Tuesday and provides detailed accounts and facts that only one who was there could! He starts you out in the Oculus World Trade Center, then to St Paul’s Chapel which was the relief center and then off to the Memorial Pools. The tour ends at that point with Rob but then individually you continue into the museum then to the observatory so as much time can be spent as needed. We were in the museum for four hours and observatory for one. I have done the museum and observatory before but this tour gave me so much more information along with a personal touch that, in my opinion, is very much required for this memorial! Thank you Rob for everything!

Great way to experience Central Park !

Got to see Times Square. Guide explained the stops and passing bys very well. On our stops, he took pictures of us so we both could be in the pictures. Supplied a blanket since it was cold. His pedicab was decorated for Christmas. Loved that. He was on time and found us easily. Pretty sure his name was Edward. He was Russian, his English was great. Me and the wife were forgetful of his name.

Do the private tour, its worth it.

We had a family of 7 including my kids and grandparents so we decided to do a private tour. Its was the best decision. Orlando, our guide was very knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. My 17 year old with autism is a major history buff and Orlando made sure he answered all of his questions. I 100% recommend doing a private tour. Viator application was easy and practical for anybody to use.

Great but expensive

We got what was advertised. A great view of Manhattan. Including the Empire, the one World Trade Centre and the Statue of Liberty. You have to be aware of the 40$ up charge before the start though. It was quite expensive, as you know, but if you can spare the money the memories are worth it. For reference we did the 12-15 minute tour. The Audioguide was in English even though we ordered German. That wasn’t an issue though and we didn’t ask to change it. The Audio guide was a nice little edition but not necessary. The music they played was fitting and gave the experience a good vibe. All in all a great but expensive experience.
