Good one time experience but got disappointed when the pilot started asking for tip. This evaporated all the excitement of the ride.

The tour was barely 15 min with luck - we requested a Spanish speaker pilot and didn’t get one, the pilot was on time but barely mentioned the venues.
Also the route expected was not the one we made: it’s was just airport - Venetian islands - Miami Beach and back to the airport.
Better have low expectations if going.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed. Your tour lasted the full 20 minutes as scheduled. Due to airspace restrictions during Ultra, we had to adjust the usual route, but still made sure to showcase the beauty of Miami. While we couldn’t provide a Spanish-speaking pilot this time, please note that we work with different pilots, each with their own style. We truly did our best to offer a memorable experience. It’s disheartening to see a review that overlooks our efforts, but we remain committed to quality and are always here to help.

We arrived early for our scheduled time at 5:40. At 5:40 our pilot went to take other people on the tour and I asked what was going on and I was told they were running 20 minutes behind. That was ok, we would be happy to go at 6. However at 6:20 we still had not been approached by the pilot, so I texted the support number and asked if we could get a refund or reschedule the ride. I was completely ignored. Pilot finally arrived at 6:30, it was completely dark and not the experience we paid for. Also the pilot said it was his first day being in a helicopter??? I hope I misheard that because why would you take a group of people in a helicopter if it was your first day operating one. Also be aware that there is a 20 dollar “facility fee” per person, they don’t really make that obvious on the listing. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized operation, would not recommend

The problem BOTH TIMES was with YOUR company not the events themselves. Both times I was told to meet at an address that was not only incorrect but over 45 minutes in the wrong direction! Your staff could not answer questions about the events, had no ideas whatsoever what we should expect, had zero knowledge and told me I could NOT contact the events directly. I was required to place my reservation only with them. Later i learned that was a lie. YOU DID HAVE SWIFT AND CORRECT ACTION ON ONLY ONE THING....TAKING MY MONEY! When I would call because I was lost and isolated at some random address you gave me, extremely upset that I was about to miss my event and lose HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, you offered no help. No solutions. No refunds. No correct directions. No knowledge. YOU DID THIS TO ME FOR 2 SEPARATE EVENTS ON TWO DIFFERENT DAYS. YOU RUINED MY VACATION. YOU ABSOLUTELY SCAMMED ME. YOU. RUINED. MY. VACATION. Shame on you.

I recently had the pleasure of taking a helicopter ride, and it was an absolutely thrilling experience! The views were breathtaking, and the sensation of flying was unlike anything I've ever felt before. Our operator, Mike, was fantastic—extremely professional and knowledgeable. Extremely bad experience as below :
1. First try make us wait for 2 hours , no one intimated us what caused this delay.
2. Pilot was so unprofessional that he didn’t bother to speak to us and inform us about delay when he was walking around .
3. MOST RISKY: There was not front seat passenger side door and pilot asked to fasten the seat beat without door . So Risky . We wouldn’t recommend this company at all .
4. We went into the air for 2 mins but due to bad weather , back to base and Viator company returned our money .
5 don’t use I95 company .

Mike was a great pilot ! Super cool and knew what he was doing! We went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday & it was his first time being on a helicopter. He had an amazing time!
We got to see manatees and a dolphin on our tour and Mike even turned around so we could try to get a closer look at them.

My experience was wonderful, it would have been extraordinary if it had not been delayed from the time I scheduled, I wanted it to be in the sunset time but there were other customers at the same time as us, but everything else was super, the pilot was showing us the places during the tour and the view at that time was very especial

Chopper is too small. Step stool not provided for senior citizens. Pilot as soon as he met us...greeted n asked for the money of 20$ per person. I was informed late however I had cash n d price was 19$ /person. Pilot said he doesn't have change. How unpleasant is this. Why it is not mentioned earlier. What if I was not carrying cash?

Very nice flight with friendly and experienced pilot Mike. We got personal updates on exact departure time and place to be by phone (whatsapp). We got a nice overview of the city and Mike could answer all our questions on the flight and the area. We recommend this experience!
