We had a really amazing food tour with Noel. We went for my dad's 80th bday and he made it extra special. He was super knowledgable, interactive and fun. All our stops were tasty, we all had different favorites! Mine was the gelato! Definitely recommend and ask for Noel!
Nobody showed up. They didn't even have the decency to contact me to tell me the tour was not going ahead. They also have not bothered to contact me to apologise or offer compensation for my getting to the meeting point and all of my time they wasted.

We’re very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced, and we apologize for the miscommunication. We did reach out to the Hotmail email address provided with your booking on the morning of the tour, which was scheduled for 4pm, to let you know that you were the only guest booked. In that email, we offered options to rebook you onto another tour or receive a refund since we do not run 1 person tours as discussed in our policies. Unfortunately, it appears our message did not reach you or may have been filtered into your spam or junk folder.
When we did not hear back from you, we also offered a prompt refund that same day. We certainly never intended for you to travel to the meeting point without knowing the status of the tour, and we regret that our email did not reach you as intended.
As a small, local business, we take communication and guest service very seriously. We hope you’ll reconsider the one-star review, particularly since we did make an effort to contact you in advance at the email address provided and offered a refund that same day. We understand, however, how disappointing the situation must have been from your perspective.

This tour is a great way to learn about the history and evolution of the area, as well as explore current hot spots. Our guide Noel was lively, fun, and led us on a yummy tour that was not only delicious bites of food but very interesting historically and personally. We loved learning about art deco, Cuban food, Cuban immigration, and seeing historical sites all within a walking area that was easy to navigate even in hot, hot weather and a tremendous rain storm. Every food sampled was delicious and we had fun with our tour guide and the other guests.

What a food tour!! We take food tours everywhere we go and this is the first one that had SOOO many interesting facts about the area. Our tour guide was Arno (I’m very sure I am spelling his name incorrectly) and he was so knowledgeable about Miami Beach and its history. The food was amazing and the drinks were a nice touch. I never knew much about Miami Beach and the Art Deco scene, but now I do and it’s very intriguing. Definitely makes me appreciate the protected buildings on Miami Beach! This is is not a 'Food-tour'; total time 2hours mainly walking and guide told whole stroy jow Florida was discovered and how Miami grow, plus stories about ArtDeco Designs....food was a tomato soup, one micro tacos,1 small Empanada and a sandwich!
Unfortunately we booked additionaĺly 'VIP package' which was a small Mojito and 1 terrible orange jus with processco

Our Miami Beach Food Tour is designed to be a balance of food tastings and the rich history and architecture of the area, including Art Deco storytelling along the way. That said, it should absolutely feel like a полноценный Food Tour in Miami Beach, with satisfying portions and a clear value in both food and drinks—especially for guests who upgrade.
Based on what you shared, it also sounds like you may have missed a couple of key inclusions. There should have been a fifth food stop featuring gelato, as well as a third drink—a shot served at the taco stop. That’s an important part of the experience, and we’d really like to look into what happened there.
The VIP package should also provide an elevated experience, so we’re disappointed to hear it fell short for you. This is certainly not the impression we want to leave when guests are searching for Things to do on Miami Beach.

We had no idea about the history of
Miami Beach and how the Art Deco buildings came about. We only had 1 day to visit so we picked this tour. Noel was the best and spoke with passion as he took us though South Beach. If your not what to do, if you have limited time, book this trip

I had a blast on this tour. Noel, was fun, friendly and historically knowledgeable. The walk on Sourh Beach is so lively. There's music playing from restaurants and bars. You can't help yourself to walk and dance. Which I did, I danced with a salsa instructor after one of our food stops.
The food was delicious. We had the tomato soup with a grill cheese sandwich, chicken taco, beef empanada, Gelato (I got tiramisu, yum) and my favorite, the tropical sandwich.
I highly recommend this tour for its vibrant atmosphere, unique foods and of course Noel.

Great experience with fun tour guides. Make sure to check weather beforehand or risk getting caught in the rain. But the food and drinks were delicious so I have no complaints!

Maryam was great, she knew her stuff and was willing to share her personal story. The food was great and South Beach is such a great area. During the whole tour I kept thinking to myself that I am coming back here and vacationing in South Beach. Really enjoyed this tour. It was raining the whole time but it didn’t matter to anyone in my party. We loved it!
